Incapable of booking appointments at the correct time - I had to book half a day off work to hand the keys over to cleaners, and they booked completely the wrong date so I had to book the rest of the day off at short notice. They were wholly unapologetic and refused to do anything to put the situation right. As a whole they were unresponsive during the tenancy, which resulted in minor problems escalating until they caused damage to the property. Avoid.
