Very bad experience.
I ask to book the viewing of a flat and they propose me to view it on Friday at 14.45. I receive multiple emails to confirm the viewing and I have always confirmed. On the day of the viewing, one hour before the appointment I receive a text asking to confirm again the viewing at 14.45. I did confirm. On my way to the property I received a call from the letting agency but I was driving and I of course didn't answer. I arrived at the property at 14.35 (I had to ask for a permission from work to go there since the only time available to see the flat was on Friday after lunch) and I saw I received a message from the letting agent saying: "Hi, tenant has left the property. Really sorry but we have to rearrange the viewing". This is a very poor service. They appointment has been scheduled on Friday at 14.45 three days in advance and just 10 minutes before they cancel. Very unprofessional
and poor service. They clearly don't know how to do their job. I would suggest everyone avoid this place and look for a more professional service.... Read more

My sisters tried to rent the property with them, they were not at all transparent, they were late at sending all the information to my sisters, and when I tried to call them to get the issue fixed they were extremely rude. I was somehow talking to the manager to begin with. This lady started to shout on the phone and then claimed that she was trying to to explain it to me. And when I started talking in the same tone, I was told that she will hang up unless I stopped talking and listened to her. If the manager of this agency is as rude as I experienced, I would not want my sisters to be dealing with this kind of unprofessional behaviour. I would suggest everyone avoid this as they clearly do not know what professionalism is.... Read more

I had a very bad experience with both, the Property Direct LTD and the landlord Mr Yazdan KaYhanian in Cardiff, be careful.
I signed an Assured Short-hold Tenancy Agreement for a room in 19 Richards Street, Cathays, Cardiff, Glamorgan, CF24 4DA (from 30 March 2019 to 30 June 2019). I paid all in advance, agency fees, deposit and three months of rent but It was terrible to get back my deposit at the end of my stay. The landlord never answered me for email. I also asked at the agency information about the deposit protection scheme used but they never gave me details about while the tenancy agreement stated it was their duty. I was expected more support by them and only after two months I suceeded to partially obtain my deposit. The landlord Mr Yazdan KaYhanian kept for himself 100£. I think if he didn't record my deposit it is a violation of the law.... Read more

Tried calling before they close and then from when they were supposed to open, no answer. Left a message and no response, finally got through around 11.40am and got told to hold and then hung up on. Rang bk, guy said house has gone ok...didn't take my details in case it fell through. House was advertised 1 hour before I rang so if I couldn't have gotten through...who did and paid that quick?!
