Huge thanks to George, Chloe and the team at Dexters. We listed for a few months, to no success, with another local agent. Having decided the service wasn't great (lack of feedback, advice etc), and without a single offer, we delisted the property and instructed with Dexters instead.
Within 10 days we had our property under offer and at a considerably higher price than asking.
The service and feedback has been continually professional. I could not recommend Dexters enough.

Bailey has been an absolute star. As a tenant it is daunting to give a call to the estate agents and report or ask for something. However that has not been the case since Bailey has been managing our property where we are renting in. She is always happy to help and support tenants.

Chloe Tansley negotiated the sale of our new flat on behalf of the seller (i.e. we were the buyer), and she was incredibly proactive and professional. She was flexible enough to meet our rapidly changing schedule for subsequent viewings, very helpful explaining the process for first time buyers, and overly communicative which was a relief considering the process is notoriously opaque.
All in all, we exchanged in 12 weeks from offer (including the Christmas period where everyone was offline), which I think is a testament to her work and well below national average timelines.

Louie Mooniaruck, the sale consultant looking after our sale from start to end, was all of the above plus extremely patient with all our questions and the inevitable concerns we had during the sale process - he was also with us from the very beginning when conducting all of the bookings and viewings, and we couldn’t be happier with the extremely high level of service we’ve received.
