A truly excellent service from the team at the Stroud Green branch of David Andrews for the sale of our flat; we were impressed with their enthusiasm when they came to do the initial valuation on the flat and Mark’s knowledge about the housing market and early advice. The photos they arranged looked fantastic and they marketed the flat in just the right way, providing detailed and swift feedback after viewings. All this was then reflected in how quickly we had a firm offer, less than one week after the flat first went on the market, and the sale has now completed. Selling a flat is challenging at the best of times (even more so during a global pandemic) but Jana was fantastic in how swiftly she would answer queries and deal with problems.
