????????????????AVOID THIS PLACE! Had a very negative experience. I was falsely reassured by Mr Jaz Babbar that despite my poor credit report I would 100 % be accepted to rent a flat they had hence why I went ahead and paid a holding deposit of £370 and then I was told I didn’t pass the reference check and they refused to return my deposit. They knew from the beginning I wouldn’t pass the check however they let me go ahead with the process and pay the holding deposit only to tell me I didn’t pass so they could keep my money. Very upsetting that companies like this will take your hard earned money. If you don’t want to loose you money I would strongly suggest you avoid this company and don’t trust a word they say!!!... As a first time buyer, in their 20s and buying alone it can be super daunting. Jaz the director was incredible to work with. He explained everything thoroughly, didn’t make my questions seem silly, knew the properties he was showing me like the back of his hand, was honest if he didn’t know the answer and promptly got me the answers I needed, everything he promised he would do, he did. Through my job, I work with a lot of property agents and Jaz has been the best I have met by far.
