Very bad service. They will only contact you for paying their money. I have moved in the property for more than one month and there are so many issues, and the property was in a very dirty and disgusting state when I moved in (broken table & light, rat droppings in the cupboard, broken range hoods). I have contacted them for solving the issues but they never responded. Neither email or whatsapp. When I call them they can only say they will solve issues delaying time. Nothing has been solved so far. If you can, do not choose this agency as you will have a very bad experience.

When I was looking for a place, Claremont Estates was handled my queries very fast and was able to accommodate for me and my friends. Once, I moved in, there were some issues with the flat and communication between us and the letting agent and it did take some time to get our issues fixed. But Claremont has been quite helpful overall. To improve, I would like to see some clearer communication after a tenant has moved in to let them know how things work and solve their issues.

Words could not describe how grateful I am that me and my wife could found a flat with Huzaifah us our agent.
The support we experienced is at a superb level. Huzaifah was very helpful, friendly and you can see a lot of energy in him. At the office, we found the rest of the staff to be at the same level of support.

Poorly coordinated service.
Little respect for rented property maintenance.
Have been waiting for 3 months for the front and back gardens to be cleared of rubble and hazardous waste left by contractors.
Still waiting for an inventory nearly 2 months after moving in.
Issues with damp and mould have been inadequately addressed.
Looking forward to resolution of the above problems but starting to lose any hope at this stage.

Contacted them twice by phone to view a property and no one contacted me back, once via the website form and no one contacted me back. Third time I called and asked the person on the end of the phone to speak to the sales team as I would like to purchase view a property said they dont sell properties laughing while they were talking. A bit of a joke place to be very honest. I would not list my property with them knowing how poor they are in trying to arrange viewings for potential sellers.

The worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. House was in extremely poor condition, (broken window and door locks, spider infestation and more), and despite many requests over a year for maintenance, was either lied to, threatened to be kicked out for daring to raise valid complaints or completely ignored. The company does not care for its tenants at all, only wants to grab as much money from them as possible. They have said they will be illegally keeping my deposit based on the fact that the house wasn't clean when I left which is a lie, (especially considering it was left in a much better condition than when I initially moved in!). Avoid at all cost. They prey on people's ignorance of property law. Disgusting, spineless, money-hungry people with no moral values.

Claremont Estates was 15 out of 10! They bent over backward for us. We started looking in London but after 3 months it wasn’t working out.
When we found our dream home, there was already one more offer on it and they were going to decide that night. Claremont Estates and their associate agent helped convince them to wait until the next afternoon to make a decision, so we could submit our offer.
They were up with us working on our offer into the early morning hours. They helped us figure out the best way to position our offer and what price to go in at to give us the absolute best chance that the sellers would accept our offer over the other one.
We felt like we were working with our best friend rather than a real estate agent.
If I texted them a question or an update they would often respond in 2 minutes or less. When you choose to work with Claremont Estates (and I HIGHLY recommend you do) they will make contact with you quickly and invite you to meet anywhere that’s convenient for you to discuss what you want, deal breakers, price ranges, etc.. after you finish, they will give you their opinion/feedback on what you said and ask to follow up questions and suggest you check out things you might not have considered, etc.

I’m absolutely disheartened to have report the truly appalling behaviour of the people working at Claremont. After our offer was rejected, we had to chase agents for a week in order to get our holding deposit back. We had to threaten legal action in order for them to refund us as they stated they would when our offer had not been accepted. Disgusted by how poorly we were treated.

The only reason we got our deposit back is because we threatened to file a claim after the agency was repeatedly absent and flippant in their response. Furthermore, they were extremely rude when we called for the refund confirmation. You do NOT want to rent through them.

The agency Mr. Seyed was kind on the phone.

They are running a classic scam of posting pictures of one property, and then trying to rent you a completely different one.
Booked a viewing for a nice property, they showed me a complete slum. Literally a different flat.

I had to move to London from abroad for work and Claremont Estate did a great job helping me renting the exact apartment I wanted. Since I was not in UK, I signed the contract without actually viewing the place and when I moved in, it was perfectly the same (even better after being professionaly cleaned and with new furnitures) with the video that I’ve seen. The most unprofessional estate agent you can possibly ever imagine. I paid the holding fee for a property and had my offer accepted by the landlord.. I was told by seyed that passed referencing.. but for 3 weeks I was not able to view the property that I had already passed checks for.
I decided to place an offer on the property before viewing it because i was that keen on the property.
Every time I requested to view the property, I was told “I will ask my manager to contact the tenants and get back to you”.
Eventually, this response changed to “my manager is going to contact you regarding the ‘changes’ to your offer”.
At this point I was completely frustrated because I had been led on for 3 weeks about a property that was unprofessionally without proper explanation taken away from me.
I demanded to speak to their mysterious manager whom I was not allowed their work number to contact them because of “confidentiality purposes”?
I wish was making this up. And of course you can guess the rest of the story, I have not spoken to the manager since or at all for that matter.
I’ve called their office number and once they realise it’s me they proceed to say “please may I put you on hold?”.. after being on hold for more than one minute the phone automatically disconnects resulting in me calling back.
And yes you guessed it people, nobody answers the phone once I call immediately back. Lol this is actually comedy hearing this back haha.
I refuse to chase up the refund of my holding fee deposit because I can already tell what marathon that is going to be. I honestly can not be bothered and hope they spend it wisely. Maybe have drinks or lunch on me ????
I wish this company the best of luck in whatever it is they are trying to accomplish in the property market because right now their mission is being distastefully displayed.
***UPDATE***
The bad reviews were right, the manager is rude & unprofessional so brace yourself. The way the manager spoke, I could tell he was clearly a local. After all my calls I eventually got a text saying that I failed referencing. Great coincidence.
Moral of the story - go to an estate agent that’s not managed by locals, people from the ends/hood however you understand best.

No regard for their tenants' lives and the impact their bad quality service and housing conditions can have on people.

Placed an offer on a Commercial road property. The agent Shah vanished from a horizon after paying holding deposit, had to chase main office for landlord’s decision. Few days later I was told my offer was accepted. And then after few days I got a call confirming that my offer was declined. The ad stayed in Gumtree.

This agency is a joke. Nobody showed up at the appointment we arranged (even though they CONFIRMED it just a few hours before), took any of my calls, called me back or replied to any of my messages.
What's worse is that they were aware that I'm not based in London, and therefore wasted my time and money for the trip to London without any apology.

This apartment is run by scammers, once they had my money from booking and the deposit of £300 they made me withdraw, they decided not to give me the keys and they said they would return all the payment but they lied in addition to leaving me on the street and they only gave me half back.

Shah was the agent who contacted us after we requested viewing of the property on Right Move. He was very decent and professional.
He was on-time for the viewing and the complete letting process was handled by him.
After move-in, he is supporting us if there any issues at the property. There was a broken pipe and it was fixed within a day. Good job Shah.
However, in the process he didn't answered the phone calls which created panic situation in us. But, it was no intentional...he was in hospital due to medical emergency and could not answer the calls.

Don't waste your time with this agent, you can drive all the way to the flat to be on time at the meeting point to see the flat and can wait half an hour, after that time if you call them you can learn the flat already has been rented from someone else, if you don't call them you can wait at the meeting point as long as you can survive without water and food.

Very dishonest people. Truly have no intention of ever serving the tenant. We rented with them in the second year of university. They misadvertised the property and knowingly lied to us that 5 people could live in the house. Three months into renting the property the council told us that the property was only licenced to have 4 bedrooms and that one of us would have to share. They then worked with the landlord to have us evicted and put out onto the streets a couple of weeks before our exams. After spending a large amount of time speaking to housing agencies and other charties at large detriment to our studies, we presented them with the full illegality of their actions, upon which their tune changed and they once again. Do not pay attention to the positive reviews, as someone who has actually gone through the tenancy process with them, I can assure you that the only thing these agents care about is what's in their pocket.

Claremont Estates is without doubt the best Estate Agent that I have ever experienced (I have been renting for the past 10 years). The service is incredible and very personal. Someone from their team always respond promptly and resolve any issues that me and my girlfriend may have with the property. It truly is exceptional service and I cannot recommend them more highly. If it had bene possible to put zero stars I would’ve. Most unprofessional Agency i have ever had to deal with and i’ve been dealing with many. Scammers and liars, rude and have no shame in scamming tenats they deal with. Whenever you try to speak to them in a polite and professional way they just start shouting at you and treating you really badly. Furthermore, on the moving day they told us we couldn’t move in anymore and never explained why. We had already given them the money to hold the house but the house was still on the market days later and refused to talk to me on the phone, becoming verbally aggressive. Worst experience ever, don’t trust this agency. They won’t ever let you a house, we required a substitute for the house we signed a contract with! (They breached the contract and caused us a loss/damage, which is illegal). Never trust them and don’t be fooled by how nice they are at the beginning or at the viewing. We are actually opening a dispute to sue them.

We have arrange the viewing to see the property. Once we got to the flat, it looked different. We have been told that it's the same flat but furniture has changed. Once I showed the photos from the zoopla advert the guys said that the other flat it's not available anymore. It was kind of waist of time and also not really professional however the staff was nice.

Fraud, Liar, Unprofessional, Cheaters and scammer. IF you want to get cheated go through this agency. Don't know how this people are working in this property market. Rubbish agency, person who came to show me the property does not know anything about the property and dont know what are they doing in their agency.They need agency fee first after that asking for refund is nightmare. Everyone single person is a liar in their agency. Everyone is in meeting when you call them and they keep passing your calls.

Agent that came in to show the property was really arrogant, no service standards!
He took me a to a property 18:30 in east ham, I've never seen any filthy property like this and the price was ridiculous.
I replied him I didn't like the property and he said, I wasted his time. I asked his name and he said, I can't make make any complaint cause he is the owner and his name is Jubair!
I'm absolutely disappointed with their service and offer but I'm lucky I didn't reach any agreement with them. I wonder what would happen in long terms! I wish I couldn't even give them one star!

These guys messed us about, didn't turn up to our viewing, but didn't tell us. They were unhelpful and rude on the phone and clearly didn't care. We spoke to the current tenants in the property who warned us off the property and the company as the house was in a terrible state.
