I would strongly recommend selling or buying through Clarke Residential.

I am an agent myself and can confirm that there is no competition with Clark Residential as the service provided to myself and family is unheard of.
My Mother purchased through Clarke Residential. Jaqui helped us look for the perfect house which we then found on an unexpected viewing.
From the date of our offer we experienced the highest level of customer service.. Baring in mind - the purchaser is not the one paying the bill.. So that being said I can only imagine what it is like to be on the other end of the deal. Other than being an agent myself I would not sell through any other agency.

I have the utmost respect for the team working at Clarke Residential and have left with not only a wonderful family home but a friend and reliable contact.

I bought my first property through Clarke Residential, and I cannot recommend them enough. Jacqui was fantastic - my purchase wasn't going as smoothly as I hoped, but Jacqui was always there in the background speaking with my Solicitor and the sellers solicitor, in order to move things along. There was a point where it looked like the whole purchase would fall through, and Jacqui worked incredibly hard to make sure that didn't happen. I got the keys 3 days ago, and couldn't be happier. I will certainly be using Clarke Residential for any future sales.
