Yana Bigland has got to be one of the rudest people I have ever met. I think the estate agents should really reconsider employing someone who lies and is so rude to customers. Going to loose them a lot of business.

Lately we had very bad experiences with letting agents but we've been so lucky to meet Zanna as she is everything you could hope for from an agent when you are looking to move to a new property. We had a rental viewing today and were guided through the property by Yaren. She was very professional, contacted myself for the arrangements and to let us know that she could potentially overrun on her previous appointment, but this wasn't the case she had arrived promptly prior to the agreed time. She had provided detailed information of the property and what the estate agent will provide if we were to go ahead, and this reassured us that the estate agent are transparent.
