We had a rental viewing today and were guided through the property by Yaren. She was very professional, contacted myself for the arrangements and to let us know that she could potentially overrun on her previous appointment, but this wasn't the case she had arrived promptly prior to the agreed time. She had provided detailed information of the property and what the estate agent will provide if we were to go ahead, and this reassured us that the estate agent are transparent.

I viewed a Kings Group property yesterday morning near Higham’s Park. To arrange the viewing, I talked to Ilayda Ahmet over the phone. Ms Ahmet answered my call promptly, talked professionally, listened to my explanation carefully and arranged the viewing straightaway. She arrived earlier at the property which I was very grateful for as I was dashing somewhere else after the viewing. She was very friendly and showed me around without rushing like some agents do. She answered all my questions clearly.
A few properties I viewed with some other estate agents before, were not as nice as they appeared on their websites. It seems they used old photos. But the Kings Group property I viewed looked exactly as it was on their website – “I got I what I saw:-)" Therefore, my experience with Ilayda Ahmet and Kings Group was very positive.

I moved my rental property to Kings after my previous agents demonstrated persistent slow responses to maintenance issues to the extent that my tenant actually vacated mid tenancy, leaving the property and gardens in a state and me out of pocket by some considerable sum of money. Upon engaging Kings, even before any advertising had been arranged, they immediately set up an open house viewing for no less than sixteen clients from which a suitable tenant was selected and vetted. Their maintenance and cleaning teams then set about transforming the property back to a pristine condition and the happy tenants moved in the very next day. I was very impressed when I looked through the inventory report and even happier that Kings were able to set the rent higher than previous.
I have to thank the local branch staff, Lauren Sandford, Ilayda Ahmet and Ashlee Wright for all their help, professionalism and responsiveness in dealing with all my questions and queries throughout the process.
For me it has been a very smooth transition and I look forward to a long and fruitful business relationship in the future. Thank you very much Lauren, Ilayda and Ashlee.

Connor was great from the get go. I was running a bit late for my viewing but he made some changes on his end to allow me time to get there. We had a great laugh and he knows what he's talking about - he gave sound advice on local schools and amenities and I would feel confident renting from Kings based my experience with Connor.
