Aydin has really helped my partner, both speeding along the process of getting the property my partner now lives in and then helping him set up fuel and gas. Neither was straight forward as the house was being sold by a trust- the previous owner was deceased. Aydin smoothed the way and expediated the process by personally helping the non digitally competant executor access the digital documents that the sale required. He then got my partner out of the labyrinth of bureaucarcy that was the previous owners energy account. He saved him money (and me massive headaches bc it meant I didnt have to help him with it all) along the way and speeded up what could in both cases been horrible drawn out Kafkeque- esque nightmares. He is courteous, intelligent and diligent- and pleasant to deal with, unlike alot of Estate Agents ime! He is a nice person and the opposte of a shark or a wheeler dealer. He genuinely wants to help and does effectively with minimum fuss - cant recomend his services highly enough.

Remax Chingford office were instructed to sell my late father & step-mothers home following a valuation which was provided by Aydin. His initial valuation was around £50,000 higher than the other two local estate agents valuations and once confronted, Aydin quickly revised his valuation downwards to the tune of £25,000. Remax were duly instructed as Aydin was adamant they had waiting buyers who would pay that price, but only on the basis they were not permitted to advertise the property online, in the office or in the papers etc as, if it was proven their price was unrealistic, I didn't want it to harm the all so important initial marketing if we then had to go public. Remax accepted the proposal and duly found a number of viewers, one of which offered the asking price but that deal didn't complete due to the lender. A second buyer was then found, again at the asking price and solicitors instructed. Whilst the sale was proceeding the buyer asked to re-visit the empty property and during this visit Remax took it upon themselves to try and fire-up heating system, without first seeking permission to do so. Had they of asked, we would have advised the heating system had been drained down and the gas turned off, as advised by our insurance company. Following this attempt to ignite a de-commissioned boiler my step-brothers found there was a large plastic container placed under the boiler which had approximately 3 litres of water in it. When confronted, Hassan at Remax informed me that he didn't need authority to switch the boiler on and had never asked permission in 17 years as an estate agent!!!! We then instructed a gas engineer to carry out an inspection and repair which cost £260. When it was suggested that Remax should contribute to the bill, Hassan became very aggressive and unpleasant. Following exchange of contracts we denied permission for them to advertise the property in any way, including putting up a sold board, which they agreed to. However, as soon as completion took place they had a sold board put up at the property and advertised the property as "Sold STC" on Rightmove, which in itself is incorrect as at the time the sale had in fact completed. In summary, they did achieve the price they (eventually) advised on their initial valuation but the subsequent arrogant and aggressive behaviour of Hassan, leaves a huge amount to be desired and is indicative of why Estate Agents often have a poor reputation, I should know as I have run my own Estate Agency for 18 years and have been in the business for around 26 years. My considered advice is use a local Estate Agent who does not think they can do what they like in someone else's property without permission. My advice is AVOID!

Hasan was very helpful throughout the sale of my house. He was happy to take viewings at all hours of the day Mon-Sun and very thorough and polite. He also has a high street location which I thought was an added bonus for drawing more attention to the advert. After going through the process of selling with the larger/ more popular estate agents such as Douglas Allen and Churchill Estates I realised they were only after another easy job, quick unit and sale rather than looking after their sellers and buyers needs as customers.
Right Step Property Chingford and especially Hasan put myself and the buyer first from the start, making sure all parties were happy and also inputting his knowledge and experience of the market to make the sale as easy, stress free and quick as necessary.
I was kept up to date weekly with any progress, requirements or changes, I was treated in a very professional, friendly and respectable manner and couldn't of asked for a better or more honest agent. Not to mention I was charged half the price of these other so called established agents.
A 6 ****** Star Company in my opinion.
