I just want to say that my experience with Clyde has been nothing short of absolutely incredible. My first time renting out my property and it couldn’t have been easier. Clyde took care of everything and answered every single question I had, took care and time to make sure I was kept in the loop about everything and made me feel like I was number one priority.
Taylor was exceptional as my first point of contact as he was very professional, friendly, polite and informative and made me feel very confident about how smoothly the process would go.
Hazel my property manager has been simply amazing by being super friendly and efficient, no waiting around for a response at all and handling my property in the best way I could have hoped for. From the very first meeting I knew Clyde would be a good experience. I had contacted two other estate agents in Morningside Road who were amateurish at best.
There was a constant flow of communication from Lucy and my flat sold in a very timely matter.
Requests for meter readings were quickly processed and I would have no problem recommending Clyde to anyone looking to sell a property.

Switched to Clyde after a disastrous failed sale experience with a one stop shop outfit. Like moving from the very worst budget airline to business class. Looked after. So important when I hadn't sold a property for over 30 years and knew nothing. Agents came to see the place so that they could better inform potential buyers. Took keys in case I couldn't be home to show viewers round. Phoned me just about every day to keep me updated. Have a lovely welcoming office which I visited whenever I wanted to - in tears the first time.
Handled the ghastly sale haggling with great skill.
Selling my most valuable asset in a plunging market was never going to be stress free but Clyde pretty much stopped the night terrors and daytime lapses in concentration. Was able to hand everything over to them and feel confident that they would get me out of a bad situation. A very happy customer.

Clyde property has been so helpful. I used Clyde property services to let my flat out and they created the add on their page as well as rightmove. Very professional add withvery professional pictures taken. They also took care of the viewings on my behalf and carried out the appropriate refference checks. The add was taken down 1 hour later , this is how popular the add was, and it let 1 week later with all the inventory checks and the tenancy agreement being done by Clyde property. My expectations were more than met by the friendly and professional team at Clyde Property. Although relatively new comers to the Edinburgh scene, I see why my solicitor recommended them!
You will be surprised but not disappointed with the level of communication you will receive. All members of staff are up to speed with appointments and will answers any questions you may have.
Having worked within the business before, I was particularly impressed when Stuart came out to pitch. He said Lucy, as the main negotiator would also visit so that she would be able to answer any questions a prospective buyer might have.. This is unique in my experience.
Feedback from viewing appointments were prompt and always followed up.
I cannot recommend Clyde Property enough.

I would thoroughly recommend Clyde Property to anyone thinking of putting their home on the market. They are very professional and helped me achieve a great sale in a reasonably short time.
From the first visit to assess my property to concluding the sale they kept me informed at all times by phone and email. In addition the My Clyde app was most useful in detailing their marketing of my house and informing me of the interest in it.
I have now moved into the perfect house made possible by the sale and their efforts. I doubt another estate agency would have made so much effort.

We recently sold our flat through Clyde property and we cannot speak highly enough of the service received. From the moment we made contact with Clyde they demonstrated the perfect combination of professionalism, flexibility and a friendly manner. They facilitated daytime viewings on our behalf when we were at work and also at weekends when we were on holiday. They have a real can do attitude which I have not come across in the estate agency market before. Their working hours again demonstrate their commitment to provide their customers with a service which suits the customers, rather than one that suits the working hours of staff. They provided detailed updates to us following each viewing and once we had accepted an offer they remained proactive through to conclusion. They answered queries from the purchaser and were happy to liaise with solicitors too. In addition, they achieved a sale price for us which exceeded our expectations. We cannot compliment them highly enough for the service we received and will most definitely be using Clyde property in the future. Furthermore, as we were so delighted with the service we received from our house sale, we are now renting with Clyde and again we couldn’t be happier with the service we have received. Viewings were facilitated after work and paperwork signing before work was perfect and unusual within the Edinburgh market - once again demonstrating Clyde’s commitment to customer service. Once we moved in to our rental property Clyde were on hand to help with the settling in period and have been great at keeping touch to make sure our expectations are being met.

We are first time landlords with no experience of property letting. Clyde Property at Morningside Edinburgh, assisted us throughout the process and also arranged for professional contractors to undertake the necessary surveying and testing in order to obtain the certification that is a legal requirement for landlords these days. In a little over one week from the date of advertising, Clyde Property had found a suitable tenant for our property. We are very impressed with the service that we have received from Clyde Property. I’m very glad to have sold my flat with Clyde Property Edinburgh. Whilst Clyde Property is well established in other parts of the country I was slightly concerned about using them in Edinburgh given the popularity of ESPC. I needn’t have worried. Caroline and the team did an excellent job in marketing my flat. They produced first rate brochures with high quality photos, advertised on leading national websites (including Rightmove), arranged plenty of viewings and gave me useful feedback. The new branch in Morningside is in a good position and they are open late every day, which worked well to attract buyers. I would strongly recommend Clyde Property and think that the competition will need to up their game!

After having just two viewings of my property for nearly a month I was frustrated as my date for moving to NZ came closer. I needed a tenant quick to be able to pay our mortgage and was fairly stressed.
Thankfully the lovely Caroline Knowles reached out to me after seeing my posts on this page and asked if Clyde property in Morningside could help.
Heres my experience:
Made contact on the Wed, Nick Scott (lettings manager) came out the next day. Fri took photos and an hour later it was on Rightmove website and it looked absolutely incredible!
By the Monday there were three viewings booked. By the end of the week 7 viewings had taken place and we had a tenant in mind. Less than a week later lease signed and tenant moved in!!
Delighted to say the least, thoroughly recommend :)

We’ve just sold our property through the new Edinburgh branch of Clyde Property and we’re really delighted with the service and result – our property sold in less than 2 weeks!
It was so refreshing to deal with down-to-earth people who gave practical, plain-English advice and fantastic round the clock service. The late night and weekend opening made life so much easier for us as we have demanding jobs and struggle to find the time during the usual 9-5 window.
Every member of the team we dealt with were very professional and all clearly experts in their field, with excellent face to face, phone and email communications and great advice at all stages. The MyClyde web portal was also really useful and kept us informed throughout the process.
I must admit to being slightly worried about not being on ‘ESPC’ at the outset, but this was totally unfounded and I’m glad I listened to Clyde’s expert point of view here. I’ve sold a few properties over the years via solicitors and without a doubt, Clyde Property were far more proactive in marketing the property, booking viewing appointments, following up with viewers and keeping us informed of viewer feedback. We also loved the sales brochure and the amazing video of our property!
So overall, a perfect experience from start to finish – I genuinely can’t think of anything that could have been done better! I would highly recommend Clyde Property and will definitely use again if selling in the future.

Clyde Property have been great from start to finish and have made the entire renting process as easy as possible. Unlike other estate agencies in Edinburgh, they offered separate viewing appointments, so instead of all potential tenants turning up and trying to view the property at the same time, I viewed the property on my own and was made to feel very welcome and left feeling very well informed. They have been extremely professional and always quick to deal with any questions or issues I've had, especially Nick. I have rented from a lot of different agencies in Edinburgh over the years and can confidently say that Clyde Property were most efficient and helpful in the city. I would highly recommend renting with Clyde Property.

We are so glad that we chose Clyde Properties as our estate agents. Living on the east coast we initially said ‘Who?’ when Clyde Properties was suggested to us. However, their enthusiasm was a very refreshing change to the mild indifference we experienced from some of the other big estate agents while researching who to appoint. They were friendly (but still professional), called back when they said they would, arrived when they said they would and kept us completely up to date with what was going on regarding the marketing of our house.
