What I expected to be a very stressful process was completely taken out of my hands and dealt with so efficiently with very regular communication. We were selling a rented flat with a tenant still residing there. Stuart and Caroline in particular made sure that everything went smoothly. The tenant was dealt with respectfully and kept informed of developments. They organised all the viewings, I didn’t have to do a thing. I was very impressed, so grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, thanks guys!

We originally advertised our house through another "colourful" estate agents and with no offers in over 3 months (they were awful) we swapped to Clyde Property. It was like night and day the service we received. The marketing was swift and fantastic, communications were excellent. Within 2 weeks we had received 3 offers all over the asking price and home report. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you Clyde for making a very stressful process all the more bearable.

The Clyde Property team in Edinburgh have been fantastic. I have bought and sold several homes over the years and Cl;yde have been by far the best estate agency I have dealt with. Clyde marketed my property just as we came out of lockdown. I couldn't recommend them enough. They were professional and caring at a particularly challenging time. Also, understanding my need to market quickly as I had already committed to a purchase. Their marketing & video sold the house in my opinion before people entered.
