My experience of using McDougal McQueen to market our flat, deal with the sale negotiations and complete the legal process has, I can honestly say, been stress free and from start to finish. From our first interaction with Angela, we felt confident with the firm. When things moved on to Caroline to deal with viewings, offers and ultimate sale we were very grateful for her detailed knowledge of the market and her sound advice. Importantly she always stayed in touch throughout the process. We also selected the firm to act as our solicitors and Bobby made the process the very straightforward and stress free and wrapped things up in a very timely manner! I have used McDougall McQueen for a few legal transactions over the past 6 or so years....I've never been disappointed. Most recently I used them for a property purchase. My solicitor, Shannon, was exceptional. She was very clear with every interaction, proactive in her approach to ensure I was kept fully up to date and handled every question I had with a very polite, efficient and professional manner.
