7th Dec 2024 (6 weeks ago)I rented a flat for half a year from Lovetts of Ramsgate and I can say that everything was perfect. The staff was always helpful and supportive to me. After I moved into the flat, if I needed any help, everything was solved within a few days. I had an amazig stay in the flat, which was clean and comfortable. I really appreciate all the help from the staff and I can highly recommend this agency to anyone. Thank you so much. Laszlo

Jamie Witney was a fantastic agent from start to finish - when it became clear that the solicitor firm I had hired were utterly incompetent he helped me to chase them tirelessly! He even ensured that his manager Matthew Walker was filled in on the situation when he went on leave for a couple of days. I honestly believe that without the support from Jamie and Matt I would not have my beautiful first house. Thanks guys!

2nd Nov 2024 (11 weeks ago)My family have been connected with a house in Tankerton since the late 1800s and have owned it, through 3 generations, since 1945. Rather reluctantly we had taken the decision to sell it and requested quotations from several local Estate Agents. Christopher Hodgson provided the highest quote so we visited them and were struck immediately by the sheer professionalism of the firm led from the front by Will Raolfe. He was knowledgeable, approachable and responded to any queries we had quickly and efficiently. He was instrumental in driving the whole process forward and was constantly in touch with both sets of solicitors. Whenever I was worried about any aspect of the sale he was able to provide sensible and helpful advice. Without this I am sure we would have not achieved the result that we did. I should add that every member of his staff with whom we had dealings acted in a friendly and helpful manner and I felt that we really were in the hands of a truly excellent company. I can recommend Christopher Hodgson without hesitation.

18th Mar 2024 (9 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
28th Oct 2024 (11 weeks ago)They get on with stuff. No fuss. Deal with problems efficiently. Nice to speak to. Don't get wrapped up in needlessly complicated processes like another prominent local agent. I do rentals with them but someone I know said they were very good with her sale and the sales team seem very nice when I have spoken to them.
22nd Oct 2024 (12 weeks ago)I chose Miles and Barr as they had a better vibe and this continued. The market is slow and they made me aware of such. Selling at higher price than competitors were offering.
