All the staff at Sandersons were helpful with useful advice and passing messages on to the vendors, they are all enthusiastic and professional, and have been a joy to deal with. I'd highly recommend anyone to use them.
Incapable of organising property management. Poorly managed and inefficient. To add insult to injury the level of arrogance is unforgivable. I wonder if they will try claiming that they have no record of me? I had organised the non-residential landlord approval within 24hrs. Your facts, unsurprisingly, are incorrect.
The TEAM worked so hard to get me and may partner into a place and we cant think of a better place to go when it comes to property. They went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our deadlines were met for moving. Jo and Jon and Eloise are a cut above the rest when it comes to customer service. Avoid avoid they Rude and liers they will keep you waiting in front of the building you want to view and when you give them a call they will lie to your face with some stupid excuse .happen to me : they kept me waiting and waiting in 3 different arranged viewing .they won't even apologize or let you know you have to call them yourself .glad I went to different letting agent now I have place without stupid lies .
We were promised a better experience than four years prior but felt let down. Communication was poor and agents did not provide buyers with the extra information they need to decide if the property is right for them. We were advised to sale at a higher price than we had expected resulting in an open day that failed to produce much interest. We were made to feel that it was our fault and asked to reduce the price. We have received regular updates showing enquires, viewings and feed back. However we did not receive the first update from the open day even after requesting it. We had previously had bad service from Wards and other agents and had been told that the service was much improved. I am sorry to say it has not improved. We are now in dispute with the fees agreed as we refused to pay extra to use our own solicitor and not theirs.
Had a great experience with the staff at Mann. Although, unfortunately we didn't end up buying through them, I wish we had as they were always there to offer advise and help us through the process if we had any questions.
Quick to take my deposit and then the silent treatment for weeks.... six requests for a call back and not one other then to ring my number for one ring then hang up over the space of ten days.... they even sound patronising when they are apologising for not calling you back.... communication is a basic human skill
Connells has been extremely efficient when finding a student property. Natalie (our student estate agent) couldn't have been more helpful, contacting me about all the properties that were available. The most professional estate agents in Canterbury and would recommend if someone is looking for a student property.
Left me without hot water or heating for 2 months and wouldn't even apologise. Their complaints team blamed me for not taking more time off work to wait for a dodgy contractor who barely ever turned up. They take weeks to respond to emails. Not worth the oxygen they breathe.
They were very nice people but did not target their marketing at the specific market for our property - a bungalow. Consequently they failed to sell it in 20 weeks. Our second choice, Wards, were much more proactive and sold it within three weeks.
I have found them to be rather aggressive and not working to my best interests in both the pricing and attention to detail in obtaining a sale for me
