Lack of communication with me and with people trying to make offers.
Very poor and confusing messages. I also had a message saying a customer has cancelled his viewing appointment as no longer interested.
I did not know of this appointment and wonder if he's cancelled due to a lack of response from COMPASS.
I complain and ask for an explanation and not an apology - I just get an apology and no explanation.
