In 2007 Lane & Holmes launched Lane & Holmes Lettings the fastest growing lettings agency in Bedford serving North Bedfordshire and stretching across the A1 into Cambridgeshire in association with Whites Property Services to cover St Neots, Huntingdon and St Ives and the surrounding areas.

Having first purchased and then sold a house through Lane & Holmes. I would say the post-sales support offered by Cathy makes a big difference; especially if you end up in a chain.

I have recently used the services of Lane and Holmes Estate Agents.
I can't praise them highly enough.
They were very professional with a personal touch and sense of humour.
They managed to get an incredibly fast sale on my sister's house. The sale went very smoothly and was kept on track.
I was kept fully informed at all times.
I had help with form filling and even furniture moving! Everything beyond the call of duty.
All the staff I dealt with were great, especially Nik.
I would highly recommend them.
They were recommended to me by another extremely happy seller.

When we first got the house valued we decided to wait and at no time did Nik or Lane and Holmes pester us. A few months later we got in touch with Nik to his surprise. Within a couple of days he had a viewer. Through out this time he kept us updated. We were impressed that we had sold our house even before we had put it on the market. During all this time Nik and other members of staff at Lane and Holmes have been approachable and if we had any queries would always chase up and get back with answers. We would recommend Lane and Holmes to sell your home and if we were to do it again, we wouldn't think twice to go back. Thank you.

Lane and Holmes have been incredible with our house sale. From the moment Andy and Nik stepped into the door to take the property on the market and give a valuation, through to viewings hosted by the team, and then the sales progression of Cathy, we have been extremely impressed with the service. We went on the market mid June and completed at the beginning of October. Considering it "appears" to be a difficult market at the moment, this didn't stop the team achieving a great price for our home and quick turn around time with moving. Thanks so much again!! I bought a house through Ross Dougall at Lane & Holmes a couple of months ago - and I couldn't say enough nice things about him, from the way he handled the negotiating process, to how he helped me with suggestions for service providers (building inspectors, conveyancers, even removalists) - Ross was super responsive to emails, super nice to deal with, and he made a stressful experience as smooth as possible. And I love my new house so much!!

I chose Lane & Holmes to sell my house as they seemed to be the estate agents of choice for my estate. I was not disappointed. Nik K has been brilliant. The very first people he sent to see it ended up buying it! He and the rest of the team have always kept me appraised of developments and have acted as intermediaries where necessary. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with the way they have dealt with everything.
