As a tenant I would say avoid at all cost - the worst and least responsive agency I’ve come across - significant fault reported with the flat we’re renting in October 2022 - well it’s October 2023 and apart from rent increase nothing has been repaired - AWFUL !

I have used M&Co for my 3 properties for 13 years and find them to be professional in every way. Every problem my tenants have is sorted out super fast and with no stress to myself. Diana Gaglio has been so very helpful and has recently saved me £100 by shopping around for a better deal on an item for one of my properties. She always responds to my emails the same day, I have no worries as Diana is very competent and knows how to deal with all aspects of rental management. I really cant fault the service I have had with M&Co over the years. They take away the stress I would surely have if I tried to manage the properties myself.
