Inconsistent inventories, stayed for 3 years and didn’t feel supported or that our best interest was ever in mind. Throughout the years where we continued the tenancy the house check was casual and no maintenance carried out leading to excessive wear and tear below expected standard and certainly below the monthly rent price which continued to rise despite no investment in maintenance or renovation of the property. Once we did leave, the final charges for the property were unreasonable and we were charged for “damages” which we had previously been charged for. Ultimately, we had to bargain the final price down which clearly indicates that the landlord/agents were not fairly charging us and hoping we’d accept an inflated figure.... Read more

I rented through Complete for two years (but some of my housemates had been in the property for longer), during our tenancy(s) minimal maintenance work was done on the property. Damage from damp in the living room was left for well over a year, which had been caused by a leak in the roof. The leak then led to rainwater entering the living room. This problem was not fixed for over 6 weeks during the autumn, leading to copious amounts of water entering the living room and our electricity short circuiting several times. It was only when we started contacting the Property Ombudsman and looking into our legal options was something finally done about the water pouring through the ceiling. When we finally moved out the landlord initially tried to retain £1300 of our deposit when we challenged and questioned why some of the charges were being made it was quickly reduced to a fairer £400. Throughout the tenancy it felt as if the agents were not acting in our best interests but working exclusively for the benefit of the landlord. Would be very hesitant to use them again and could not in good faith recommend them to others.... Read more

Communication in the beginning was good, but after a few months it became poor. The block we're in is filthy as there has been no cleaner in despite mentioning it on more than one occasion. Mentioned a couple of other issues but due to what seems like unwillingness to communicate with their residents nothing has been done!... Read more

Very poor communication. Time waster. Was the first to view a house and was suppose to get back but never did and after I contacted him, he said the house is rented to someone else through the landlord himself. Poor service and I am not sure about the honesty.... Read more
