We had a very good experience buying a house from Sowerbys and it was nice to have the same estate agent looking after us from looking around the house to completion - Emma Rose was fantastic! We were kept in the loop at all times and Emma coordinated with all parties to help keep the move 'moving along. It was a very stressful time as we were also expecting our first child but thankfully all went smoothly and we were even given a cuddly bunny for our daughter when we went to pick up the keys!

George Berry did an excellent job in selling my property along with the rest of the Norwich Sowerbys team. I would recommend them for both buying and selling. The office team Sally and Fleur did an excellent job keeping me informed at all stages and kept my purchaser onside when my onward purchase fell through.
Laura Bird from Sowerbys Holt was amazing in finding me a new property to buy and really helped with negotiations and sped the whole transaction process up.. I wouldn't hesitate to use either Sowerbys Norwich or Holt again.

I just wanted to leave a review to say what a pleasure it has been dealing with Anna on the letting side of the business. Myself and my son met Anna when we viewed a property. She made us feel very comfortable and explained everything we needed to know. Once we found out we had been accepted, Anna helped me so much on explaining the process which was to follow. As this was all new to myself. She was always at the end of the phone or email if i needed to ask anything. I found Anna very professional and very approachable, she is a complete asset to Sowebys.

Anna provided a friendly, professional and helpful service, in both viewing the property and helping us navigate the further steps in securing the apartment. She went above and beyond expectations in dealing with any issues that arose. All informations were provided every step of the way, and Anna kept us in the loop of all developments, as well as being prompt with replies. We'd definitely consider coming to Sowerbys and Anna again, should we wish to rent or buy again in the future.
