Put my partner joint ownershift house on the market without any contact, consulting or consent. Only found out when seeing one of there for sale sign post in front garden along with photos online. Shocking!! No regard for the other owner! Will be taking this to an professional estate agent.

Super impressed with cowling estate agent after having a nightmare with another agent, Kevin didn’t give up and wanted to market our property We already had a valuation before but decided to go with another agent (big mistake) Kevin was so efficient and didn’t stop trying. As soon as we put it on the market with cowling agents they come back with a couple offers within days of putting it on the market and found us a tenant! Kevin’s service was amazing from start to finish and I couldn’t recommend him or his company enough! Very quick and always updating me with everything thank you for everything definitely a 5* from me. A big thank you and wish we picked you from the start.

I asked Cowlings to find me a tenant when my tenant left during lock-down. They were quick to respond and acted as soon as they were allowed to. they had 12 viewings arranged within a week and i ended up with a choice of tenants. Every landlords dream! Thank you. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everybody.

After enquiring online, I received a call to set up a viewing for an apartment to rent in stevenage. We agreed the following day at 14:30 as I conveniently had the day off - after arriving at the property to call to see where the agent was, it turns out my booking was never actually put into the system. Not only that, but a rental agreement had already been put in place for this apartment... thanks for letting me know!!
So, on my day off I made a 30 mile round trip for nothing, due to absolute negligence from Cowling. Would you seriously trust this agency to handle your rental/property needs? I certainly wouldn't, and will be avoiding Cowling Estate Agents in the future - it is a shame as this is something that could have so easily been solved with a phone call or email.

I recently used Cowling Estate Agents to sell my 3 bedroom house in Welwyn Garden City. They took amazing photos, created a fantastic write up and even gave me a premier listing on Rightmove. The house went on the market on a Wednesday, we had 6 viewings over the weekend and the house was sold on the Monday! Kevin did a fantastic job negotiating the sale price and kept us informed throughout the whole process. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would be more than happy to recommend them to anybody looking to sell their property.
