Brought a house through this agency. It took 10 months to go through which wasn’t any fault of the agency however, I emailed asking for some information regarding the heating after I had completed and it’s been over a week and I haven’t had a response and I’m guessing I won’t be receiving one either now that the sale is done.

If there was a minus a would have rather given them minus. I am very fortunate to get rid of these scammers , who try to take your holding deposit.
Their staff is terribly rude and the lady who is over the phone you need to get some classes for customer service.
I was lucky that they made a mistake and sent me my holding deposit back. The company who is so greedy for holding deposit don't know what they will do if some body rents from them. Avoid them stay as far as you can.

I've had the pleasure of conversing with Mark on several occasions, and he's an absolute gem of a person who personally attends to all the issues you encounter. He's quick to solve problems and a joy to speak with. I have a deep admiration for this real estate agency.

Photos significantly photoshopped, recommend a high attention to detail if you view a property.
Requested details about photos of a property and was advised that only the furniture and fixtures were photoshopped in. However a 1 hour drive later and a 20 minute wait (for the late agent), resulted in me finding out that the property was completely mis-advertised.
Would recommend avoiding, otherwise request key details regarding photos and make sure to confirm these when viewing in person.

Don't even deserve the one star to be honest rude and aggressive. Refuse to repair anything would rather threaten eviction. Left a family of asthma sufferers in a mouldy and damp riddled house with running water under the carpet for four years. Think carefully before using this company

Staff members are very rude.
They take ages to get things repaired in the house.
They took 8 months to fix a whole in the roof.
My bathroom had a leak for months and due they never fixed, damaged the flat downstairs.
I will never ever rent a house from them.

We're so glad we used Mark Simon instead of going with one of the bigger chain Estate Agents. They did everything they promised and more (for the lowest fee we were quoted) with no pressure and were always on the end of the phone if we had any queries. They sold our property in 2 days and did a lot of chasing only for our purchase to eventually fall through. Even though they hadn't had a penny from us they were so supportive, we wouldn't hesitate to use them again and wholly recommend them.

Not very good, slap-dash and shoddy. Agent came to house, polite but a typical salesman - a bit slimey and talked a lot of bullsh!t. I think valuation was a bit low by £5-7k for a quick sale. Another agent came to take photos. He was polite but also a typical salesman. He spent only 10 mins taking photos and making notes. He clearly didn't want to hang around. Other agents spent 30 mins plus. House was put online but photos looked awful - taken in a rush, with small digital camera (other agents used professional DSLR cameras) and from unfavourable angles. Photos were small!! Front of house pic focused more on next door, kitchen looked small as half cut out, Main bedroom pic focused on back wall and No pics of other rooms. No mention of parking, built-in wardrobes, sunny garden or local facilities. I went with different agency in the end.
