   I would like to start my review by talking about the new law that came into effect this year, " the renters rights act", so many Landlords have sold their properties due to this law. I had an estate agent last year. The agents were great at the start but, once they received the payment for their services it seemed as if I was no longer of importance to them and as such would not hear from them promptly with any concerns I had regarding the new laws. I needed to know how the new law affected my current tenants and any potential tenants I may have.<br><br>I have had a HMO rental for the last 12 yrs, every year I've had to keep changing agents due to the lack of proactiveness. They are great until they've been paid and then its tumbleweeds.<br><br>I engaged an agent that specifically deals with HMOs, the agent that I hired had started the vetting process. Six weeks before the tenancy started they said that they were not going to continue, at this point I was doubtful I would find anyone to help. It was at this point that I contacted Angela from Mather Marshall, she assured me that everything could be done in time and passed me onto Hayley and I must say they have been superb all the way through. They have been constantly in contact with me, have been professional and informative and have gone above and beyond to help me through these unsettling times. They have assured my tenants and to be honest made the process as stress free as possible for all concerned. I would highly recommend them.... Read more

   My friend had reviewed a property from them and immediately called up to reserved. The next day the deposit fee was paid and the forms filled out and sent back but there was one form missing which they emailed them at 1pm to get another form filled out and by 2pm which they was at work so haven’t been on there emails. When they saw the email at 3pm they had let this property to someone else. That’s awful they had paid money to hold it and they didn’t even try to call to inform them. Didn’t even give them time to reply. Terrible job we wouldn’t recommend using them to anyone. How can they do that to someone when they need this place to move in and live. DONT USE THEM OR TRUST THEM.... Read more

Super reliable and high quality job pretty much on time (the heatwave slowed work a few days which is understandable).     I have been working closely with IW Estates over the last few weeks as they take over the management of my property portfolio. The service I have received has been outstanding and I am impressed with the “due diligence” they have undertaken. Giving the changing legislation affecting landlords, I feel confident that IW Estates will ensure compliance with the law. I also expect that my tenants will have confidence that issues arising with the property they are renting will be dealt with in a timely manner. My point of contact is Ellie Smith and she has been outstanding in terms of advising me, creating new tenancy agreements and meeting my tenants. I know that she is supported by others in IW Estates and my thanks go to them as well as to Ellie.
