We faced some particularly complex issues during the process, and the Westley was instrumental in holding the chain together. MA didn't just manage the sale; they proactively smoothed out complications and ensured we finally got across the line. ?If you want an agent who stays involved and genuinely cares about the outcome, I can’t recommend them enough. From the outset Andrew took a genuine interest in my property and plans, and the photographs and brochure he organised were excellent. Andrew kept me informed at all stages and the dedicated WhatsApp group proved a very efficient method of communicating. A very friendly and efficient firm and I would highly recommend them.

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

2nd May 2026 (2 days ago)Very happy with the service so far. Wellington Evans isn't an agency I've used before but they came top of the recommendations from getagent. I have found their approach professional and personable. Nick conducted the initial valuation and, if I'm being totally honest, it was a bit outside of my expectations. However , it went to show that I have no idea about the local market and Nick was spot on with us achieving near on the asking price in a week. James and Kess gave sound impartial advice on the offers but not forgetting Beth who, I would guess, does a lot behind the scenes. Overall I can't fault them.
