My husband and I had the pleasure of dealing with Yasemin at agent hybrid for the purchase of our new house.
From start to finish Yasemin was hard working, personable, easy to contact and always quick to act.
The moving process is always a stressful task and the trouble we had with solicitors didn't help but Yasemin was always there to support us.
Agent hybrid aren't your usual stuffy estate agent, they're modern and friendly with an inviting office.
Absolutely recommend using this estate agent for property sales!

I had to move to Stevenage last minute. Considering I have never been to Stevenage, Agent Hybrid was very helpful with finding me a room. I had to leave the room earlier then expected and they were very helpful with finding a new tenant as quickly as possible. Michelle and Yaesmin in particular were very informative.

I initially chose Agent Hybrid to represent me because of their simple and clean business/pricing model, plus their cool name. I'm so glad I did. Right from day 1 everything has been great, from the moment Ashley signed us up, right the way through to completion today. An especially big thank you to Yasemin, who not only has been a fantastic help through the process, but has regularly gone much more than an extra yard to keep everyone connected and everything moving. She has been nothing short of brilliant.
The Agent Hybrid team has made a sometimes difficult process seamless through helpful interventions when problems arose on the 'other side', and I would recommend them to anyone seeking to move. Thank you !

I have never forgotten the impeccable service by both Ashley and James. Have used them in the past when viewing properties for myself and my parents on several occasions. Although I didn't buy a property with them I felt their service to me stood out from all other agents in the area. That to me meant a lot and therefore I haven't forgotten them as I'm a firm believer in you never know when you might need them in the future and so I came back to them for an enquiry my parents had and they were always top of my list. So thanks once again after a few years later you stood out to me above the rest.

I have been very impressed with Agent Hybrid. They were amazing at communicating back with feedback from viewers, so friendly to talk too and respected all of our requests from start to finish. Spoke to the director about a potential property for sale in Stevenage. He was very patient and explained to me all I needed to know about the property, including answering all my questions.
Straightforward with his answers and not trying to sell me fake info. Sadly to say, the property is a bit further from the station, otherwise, would have placed an offer.

Recently used Agent Hybrid to purchase a property and can honestly say their service was brilliant, always kept informed if not me they kept in contact with my solicitors as I wasn't always available due to work commitments.
They were always very polite and professional in their busy. I never heard of them until I found the property I wanted to purchase and can honestly say service was better than the bigger Agency out there. Thanks again and wish everyone there the best for the future.

Buying our first home with Agent Hybrid couldn’t have been easier. From the initial viewing with James to completion with Yasemin, everything went as planned. James made us feel comfortable from the beginning by facilitating a peaceful viewing with none of the suspicious behaviour I’ve experienced from other estate agents. I wanted to see the house, he showed me the house, that was it. That is all I wanted. When it came to making an offer, the first wasn’t accepted and the counter was, simple, easy and dealt with quickly. From then on, dealing with Yasemin abd the team was fantastic. We were kept informed of what was going on throughout the process with the right amount of communication and swift responses to our queries. On key collection day we were welcomed in to the office with a smile and were handed a gift box along with our keys. This gesture was greatly appreciated and really did round off the deal. Lenor now has a new customer for dryer sheets! The Haribos also kept us fuelled when unpacking the mugs and plates in our new bedroom and our clothes in the kitchen. If you’re looking to buy a home in the Stevenage area, try to go through Agent Hybrid. You definitely won’t be disappointed with how they operate.
