Unfortunately if available I’m afraid it would be a zero star rating for this house builder. We purchased which we thought would be our dream home back in April 2020 at The Grange in Tetsworth, Oxfordshire. From receiving the keys on completion day we’ve had nothing but ongoing issues. We walked into our new home to be greeted with scratched stainless steel appliances, rust spots on the cooker hob, scratched sink, exposed electrical wires, electrical sockets not working, cracked plasterboard walls, noisy stairs, toilet seats hanging off, leaking on suite shower (totally unusable), heavily scratched bathroom furniture (cupboards). To be honest the list is endless! We had a visit from their area manager Graham Keeble as to add to all these problems we could clearly hear our neighbours at no fault of their own. Words cannot describe how rude this man was towards us. Absolutely disgusting & disgraceful behaviour this man showed in our home to the point I had to ask him to leave. We’ve now had to spend over 10k to try to rectify the poor sound insulation which is totally unacceptable. During this work we discovered heavy mortar snots sitting on the wall ties within the cavity wall and was described as shocking from the guys who carried out the survey. If you are thinking of purchasing a Croudace home please think twice as this is an honest review of a nightmare year we’ve experienced. What makes the whole experience worse we’ve never ever had an apology from Croudace Homes.

DO NOT BUY PROPERTY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are utter cowboys who are willing to sell you below standard housing, take your money and then don’t care about correcting all the issues that arise. Poor quality homes, dodgy windows, cracks, leaks you name it. They are building loads more properties and I feel sorry for those who will buy such properties. PLEASE DON’T GO NEAR THEM. They should be investigated for what they are doing to people. People who have saved deposits to buy a home of their own and then end up with a home they despise and cannot sell.

I had some ploblams with my new Croudace Home but got them sorted out. I would recommend Croudace good build quality homes out of all the new build homes and a lovely estate layout. I would not recommend Croudace customer services. So I only give 4 stars.

I have been having some many ploblams with my new ploptey. I would not recommend Croudace for anything. Poor build quality and really bad customer service.
