We had a disappointing experience purchasing our house through Fine & Country. We dealt with Bob and Helen and unfortunately found they were not a particularly helpful intermediary between the seller and us as buyers. Communication often felt lacking, and we were left to chase updates and resolve issues ourselves. Overall, we felt the purchase went through despite, rather than because of, their involvement. We had expected a more proactive and supportive service throughout what was a significant purchase.

Hollie Streifler is excellent. We viewed Low Cottage in Old Oxted with her and she was knowledgeable, informative, and helpful. She was even able to help with some incite into the condition of the Grade 2 listed property we were viewing. Highly recommended if you are searching for a new home.

I don't usually write reviews on customer services, but I have to say how professional Park and Bailey Warlingham are, especially the manager Colin. I explained that after my husband's death last year, I was looking to return to the area to be closer to family. He had the time and patience to listen to what my requirements would be. Not once did he try and push me into viewing unsuitable properties. I would happily recommend Colin at Park and Bailey Warlingham.

Only this wealth of experience and sound guidance in these matters enabled us to keep everything on track. If you have a property to sell in Woldingham I am not sure why you would use anyone else
