We met Zoe on a viewing of a property and really liked her style, not pushy, not in your face, just gave us the opportunity to look around and answer questions when we had them. That led us to instruct monochrome to sell our property - we thought Zoe would represent us well and she did, we were under offer within 2 weeks. Throughout the process both Zoe and Ish were relentless in getting us over several barriers. It wasn’t an easy process at all and I’m not sure we’d have pulled it off without their determination and willingness to go the extra mile. After letting my property with a well established lettings agent, I decided to move my property to a more local agent. I came across Monochrome homes as i have seen a number of their boards in the area. Their brand and marketing is great and once my property was listed online, i had a number of viewings and offers. The tenant i chose was already registered with Monochrome homes, so they do have a database of tenants looking for properties locally, which is always a relief as you always want a proactive agent looking after your property.
I was kept updated throughout the process and between having the offer accepted and the checks completed the tenants moved in within a week!
I would not hesitate to recommend Monochrome Homes to any other local landlords, I chose a fully managed service and from the get go, i feel relieved and confident i will be looked after and in good hands with Monochrome.

After our initial consultation, ish advised on a few remedials to help our sale.
We sold our property 1 day after going to market !!, having previously tried for almost a year.
Lucky? Maybe, but these guys go above and beyond anything I've witnessed before.
Ours wasn't the easiest sale due to divorce, but Ish was superb in dealing with both of us, which trust me wasn't easy.

We had been searching for our first home for well over a year. After a day filled with viewings, we finally hit the jackpot. Two things stood out – the property that we hoped would be ours and the person who showed it to us – Ismail Tek.
Ismail was approachable, patient and extremely professional. From start to finish, his communication was excellent. He took the time to find out who we really were as buyers and what we personally were looking for.

I was looking for a house for around two years, using the well established estate agency’s, and had no luck, due to lack of communication, and updates. During a complex process for a variety of reasons such as people pulling out and a complex exchange process Ismail has been outstanding!
