I have had dealings with Hamptons for quite a few years and always received good service.<br>Lately a very sensitive situation developed, coming from other sources, which needed extra tact and diplomacy and Katie proved to be the perfect person, helping to resolve the matter fairly and easily.

Lorraine was my main point of contact and was absolutely brilliant throughout both processes. Charlotte manages the letting side; she is highly knowledgeable, incredibly pleasant, and always goes the extra mile to help with any additional requests. Neal, Daniel, and Adam are also exceptionally welcoming and helpful every time I call or walk into the office. They operate as a seamless, cohesive team, and I highly recommend Daniel Adams for both sales and lettings.

Charles is super attentive, responsive and so friendly and personable. Anything I needed, any question I needed answering (and I had a fair few), Charles was always there to help with a smile. Thanks to Marriott Vernon I have found my dream home and I'm so appreciative of how they dealt with the process (and me!). Also special mention to Alison & Ian who also assisted me in the progression of the sale - both super lovely and helpful. I would highly recommend this agency. 4th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)The staff at Loft were everything and more during my purchase.<br>Viewing properties with Krissy, she knew about the properties, could answer questions and genuinely felt like she cared.<br>Ollie was my sales progressor and he went above and beyond with a case that got tricky at times! Always happy to answer questions and chase all parties to push everything along. Can’t thank him enough.<br>At no point did I think I was on my own, I felt like the staff cared and were looking out for everyone’s best interests.<br>Happily would use again!
