Rocco was very polite, patient, helpful, supportive and attentive to my daughter and I. I was very pleased with the service I was given and would highly recommend him.

24th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)I found a property to purchase being marketed by Chattertons Estate Agents. My initial viewing was hosted by Jen who was extremely welcoming, informative and helpful. After that, subsequent viewings were conducted by the fantastic branch manager, Doug Paterson. This sale/purchase was complicated by the fact that the elderly owner had gone into care and the sale being managed by her disabled son who was a long distance away. Doug had to act as liaison and there was absolutely nothing that was too much trouble for him, from recommending an excellent firm of solicitors who, with Doug’s input, were able to expedite the process to completion in 5 week, fantastic! There is no way I could praise the team at Chattertons, particularly Doug, any higher and have no hesitation in giving them the highest recommendation.
15th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)I couldn’t recommend Robert Leech enough for their full support throughout selling my home. From the viewings where every sales person knew the whole house, from a sale falling through (buyer moved elsewhere) to a sale being made second time round very quickly. It’s been a stressful process (complications with sign off) made much easier by the support and encouragement from the team at Robert Leech. Lisa has held our hands throughout the whole process checking in every week and more. Couldn’t have met a more dedicated person who kept everyone in the loop at every stage. My onward purchase estate agent is unfortunately nowhere near as passionate as Lisa and it’s shown me just the over and above service provided. The team are so friendly and professional, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use them again. Absolutely thrilled with the service I’ve received. Thank you Lisa, Craig & the team! 23rd Apr 2026 (11 days ago)Poor poor customer service. Tried to sell with them for over 6 months, few viewings, never any feedback from viewings and on occasion asked if my tenants could accomm odate viewing late evenings! A very bare minimum approach, eventually had okay offer, accepted then I had to chase them to chase potential buyer who was clearly stalling on getting a solicitor and survey done, so as I expected offer was from a time waster. Asked for my keys to property to be returned signed for and they sent normal post and I'm still waiting! They charge okay commission compared to some estate agents, but never available, never ring back, just lazy approach, like rubbish advert marketing and then sit back and hope property will sell itself. AVOID.

After several mishaps during the process, mainly due to our solicitors, Tom did a great job of reassuring us and adding a bit of calm to the situation. The communication was great, providing updates to us from our buyers and others in the chain as soon as they could. Finally, upon completion of our purchase we were given a lovely gift when we went to pick up the keys to our new home. Would highly recommend Tom and the team at Loft. Thanks!
