Just completed on a property purchase in Ilkley and can’t thank Dale Edison enough for their determination to get the sale over the line. My case was long and complicated mostly due to my own circumstances but Molly was always so patient, considerate and efficient in moving us forward with each step and keeping everyone updated. At some point she was the only person who was responding to my emails and kept me in the loop with what was happening during the long and quite daunting process. The team have helped and supported me throughout several house sales and purchases. They are thorough, professional and knowledgeable but, most importantly, thoughtful, kind and caring.
Throughout my most recent move I felt well advised and supported despite some real challenges. The team listened to me and gave advice on both my sale and my purchase (which wasn’t a property marketed by them) and showed a genuine desire for me to reach a positive outcome on both transactions. Our experience of our selling our house through Dale Eddison Ilkley was excellent. The house was sold within a matter of a few days as they were able to match us with a buyer from their data base and after one viewing the house was sold. The follow up process and especially the work of Phoebe Selby in particular was not only thoroughly professional but extremely effective and efficient as she doggedly pursued everyone in the chain until each task was satisfactorily completed. This is our second experience of selling our house through Dale Eddison and each one has of course had obstacles but with the staff at the Ilkley office each hurdle was overcome. I can’t rate Phoebe Selby highly enough - we’ve sold quite a few houses and she was by far the best agent we’ve ever encountered. Super friendly, responsive, professional and proactive. We didn’t have to chase anything at all, she was a step ahead at all times and always so willing to help. After a pretty poor experience with another agent where our house had sat on the market for months with few viewings, we switched to Dale Edison and sold within a couple of weeks. Couldn’t be happier and Phoebe is a credit to the company.

We purchased a house in the winter of 2020, a time when many estate agents were exceptionally busy and dealing with a large number of clients who were stressed and keen to move in the run up to Christmas. Dale Eddison is a disgrace. They don't care about the law and tenants. They only care about the landlord because he is the one giving more money. I would not recommend anyone to let with them. At the end of the tenancy they will side with the landlord and do whatever the landlord pleases regardless if it's the right thing or not or legal!!!
