Our experience of our selling our house through Dale Eddison Ilkley was excellent. The house was sold within a matter of a few days as they were able to match us with a buyer from their data base and after one viewing the house was sold. The follow up process and especially the work of Phoebe Selby in particular was not only thoroughly professional but extremely effective and efficient as she doggedly pursued everyone in the chain until each task was satisfactorily completed. This is our second experience of selling our house through Dale Eddison and each one has of course had obstacles but with the staff at the Ilkley office each hurdle was overcome.
