Though this is start up company, they know how to deal with customer and make them happy. We liked a flat but could not move immediately. However, they were happy to hold flat for two weeks. I had a fantastic experience the with team at Darch Lettings. I am self employed and at other agencies the referencing process has always been difficult. This time round I worked closely with Josh who was extremely helpful and understanding and was constantly communicating with me and the landlord. When I finally moved into the flat there were a few small issues and even though Darch did not manage the property, they made sure these issues were fully dealt with. Great team and quick to respond. Small agency, really helpful, responsive and honest. They were supportive in submitting to the landlord an offer we made for a 1 bed apartment and after the landlord accepted the offer they did not show the apartment to anybody else and they just waited for our deposit, without pressuring us or stressing us about other people ready to take the flat. They came directly to meet us at the property to sign documents and give keys, without us having to run to their office during office our.
