I met with Lily at David Ball initially, she showed me the house and she was just amazing! Lily was so prompt, kind and helpful- just a pleasure to deal with! Lily then went on Maternity Leave, and we had to go through the process of buying our home without her, sadly! Nevertheless, we had an okay experience from there on, there was a bit of stress with regards to releasing the keys and lack of sympathy and/ or advice when we discovered a gas leak soon after moving in, but overall we are happy in our new home and David Ball gave us a lovely hamper of goodies....
