As first time buyers, we were totally clueless with the whole process but Aaron was always on hand to answer any queries and guide us! He was kind enough to help solve some hurdles along the road which made the whole process stress free for us! We will certainly be in touch with Aaron again when we come to sell our property to find our next home.

12th Sep 2024 (27 days ago)We recently purchased our house in Falmouth through Laskowski & Co with Priscilla as our main contact. They were easy to work with throughout particularly since we lived 300 miles away at the time and were buying an unoccupied house. We found they were happy to accommodate things that we needed to arrange when we couldn't be there in person ourselves. We are very happy with our new home!

29th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)Stratton have been brilliant in terms of being proactive in selling my house and also hugely supportive and understanding in what has been a difficult time. Their communication has been exemplary and I have never felt out of the loop at any point. I've been able to ring them and ask questions, pop into the office to ask them to be my witness to my legal paperwork and nothing has been too much trouble. I would highly recommend them as a team if you are looking to sell your house.
26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.
11th Sep 2024 (28 days ago)After dealing with numerous estate agents before Stags, I can confidently say that none of them came close to the level of professionalism, dedication, and care we received from Louise and the team. "Professional and good at her job" doesn't even begin to describe Louise – Stags are incredibly fortunate to have her on their team. Her attention to detail, work ethic, and genuine desire to help made the entire process effortless. What really impressed us was Louise's ability to make us feel like we were the only people she was speaking to, even though we knew she was juggling several others at the same time. That level of personal attention is truly commendable. She was always available, answering every question, and going above and beyond in ways we never expected. Elena was also an absolute delight to work with – so friendly, kind, and always ready to assist with a smile. And we can’t forget Trevor, who was equally fantastic and instrumental in making the process as seamless as possible. We will always be incredibly grateful to Louise and the entire team at Stags. It was such an enjoyable journey finding our perfect home. Thank you again for everything – we couldn’t recommend Stags more highly!
5th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)Update to response My child was a tennant through your agency, I was guarantor. The students had a large amount of their deposit withheld, for cleaning fees, even after the inspection said a light dusting was only required. This review is no different to the reviews others have left. This company is corrupt. My child rented a property whilst at uni, we cleaned the property, purchased new mop / bucket cleaning supplies etc. The house was spotless. When the letting agent checked the property they said it was cleaned to a high standard and maybe a light dust needed. I took before and after photos, the property was disgusting when my child moved in. After the students moved out, Townsend's withheld £200.00 of their deposit for 'cleaning fee'. Which is illegal under the 2019 Tenancy Act. I requested their after photos, proving their evidence of the standard of cleaning needed, which they didn't have and said new tenants were in the property. The property is a tiny 2 bedroom house, with mould. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I hope other students who rent from you are aware how you behave. And, as others who have left reviews, this seems normal practice with this company. 18th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
11th Jun 2024 (17 weeks ago)The Pilkington sales agent was very enthusiastic and confident and the outcome was that they achieved their valuation. However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.

They have been attentive, responsive, and always available to address any concerns or issues that arise. The maintenance of the property has been impeccable, and any repairs or maintenance requests are handled promptly. They truly care about their tenants and strive to create a comfortable living environment. I highly recommend Silverspring Sales and Lettings as a tenant for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy rental experience.

11th Sep 2024 (28 days ago)Had a challenging two years with Lang Llewllwyn as a student. They appear to exist solely to benefit the landlord at the expense of student tenants. Along with general poor communication, many errors and slow responses to most problems, they deceptively tried to convince us to switch to a less favourable bills package during the energy crisis, claiming they had our best interests at heart. Following our first tenancy, they took over two months to return our deposit which, in my opinion, breached the tenancy agreement. Following our second tenancy, they attempted to claim an additional £300 on top of cleaning fees for issues that they later admitted were unfair, clearly showing a lack of accuracy in their procedures. Maintenance work was usually carried out by subpar contractors, one even ‘fixing’ a leaky and damp wall using spray paint. The team are clearly overworked as they manage hundreds of properties, leading to ineffective service. Overall we felt a severe lack of respect, if you’re a decent landlord please don’t use them.
