Superb designs, fell in love with the show house. Helpful friendly staff. Standard of the build very impressive. All it takes is money. Visited the Stamford Bridge site & not impressed with the noisy Vikings!! Wouldn't want them as neibours!!!!

Lovely houses but the whole estate seemed very crammed in and I can see there being car wars once all the residents are in as parking seems quite limited.
You will really have to be careful picking your plot to ensure side by side parking if you have got 2 or more cars. The houses though are really really nice, gorgeous in fact. The worry I have is if the new Mega Cat C Prison does get built just a minute or two away in Full Sutton the traffic going into and out of Stamford Bridge is really quite bad especially at the weekends in summer with very long queues either side of the bridge this massive prison will surely have many visitors to the site and as the public transport is very limited can only add to the traffic issues. I was really thinking about moving on to this estate or the Avant one for a bit more space and a lovely new house but now due to the prison planning application I will stay put and see what happens. Oh and by the way a planning application has just gone in for houses directly behind this development just in case you are thinking about the plot you are wanting to choose. I would ask about how that decision is going just in case the lovely views you were hoping for are to be obliterated by a new housing estate.

Lovely houses no doubt about it, but a heads up here. If you are thinking of buying a property on the edge of the development looking out towards open countryside then be warned. A planning application has gone in for approx 100 houses behind this development.

Beautiful location, estate and homes. However the prison which is possibly going to be built will have a major impact on traffic. So before considering I would see if the prison is passed before purchasing.
