Where do I start, from start to finish the whole process was completley stress free. There are so many amazing things I could say about these ladies. They were constantly at the end of the phone,text or email at any time of day. (I don't think they sleep). Always updating us on the situation. We loved that they got in contact with us to tell us about a property that wasn't yet on the market, that felt really special to us and without that information given we wouldn't be sat in our forever family home now. I'm a tenant of a property which has gone to market. I allowed AJ Estate agents to take photos while I was at work, expecting them to have care and professionalism.
Unfortunately, when I got home I found my things had been moved- which i had expected for some photos- however nothing was put back. Storage was taken off the top of my kitchen cabinets and not put back, boxes were pulled out from under my bed, personal bathroom items were moved, and I generally felt disappointed with the lack of care that was taken with mine and my sons things. I wasn't asked if it was OK to move anything, and just expected personal items to be blurred out of any photos. However AJ Estate Agents felt this behaviour was OK.

The reviews were impressive and the website told a story that immediately gave us "that feeling" that AJ were right for us. Where on earth do I start?
From the minute I met AJ I knew she would be the agent for us. She was kind and warm, complimentary about our house whilst noting plus points we’d never have thought of, and really enthusiastic and positive about our future plans. Both AJ and Lucy were very easy to get along with and their communication throughout our journey was second to none.
I’ve never dealt with an agent like AJ; this is the second time we’ve sold and third house we’ve bought, so we have dealt with a fair few companies. AJ was the third and final agent we used to sell this particular house. The two other agents barely lifted a finger, didn’t take the time to learn anything about us or the house they were selling, and so we sat on the market for over 12 months with no sale, becoming increasingly exasperated and upset, thinking it was never going to happen.
AJ saved the day; within 4 days of going on the market with her, we had an offer over asking price. We are now in our dream home, and couldn’t be more grateful to AJ and Lucy for making it happen. We firmly believe if it wasn’t for them, we wouldn’t be here. They even helped us try and source removals companies. They went above and beyond for us, as I see they do for all their clients.
Agents like this are very hard to come by and I have been recommending AJ at every possible opportunity.

I received an excellent service from AJ Estate Agents. From initially being shown around the property. They were patient and let me take my time, which I really valued as it's a big decision. Throughout the purchase, they kept on top of the sale, acting for the seller but in fact, they were more active than the solicitors and I would say were largely responsible for hurrying things along. Despite various delays, they were always really lovely, and they even sent cards and left a welcome package in my home on my moving in day. That really was a lovely touch. They work hard. Some estate agents I've dealt with (on a previous sale) just make the sale and then leave it up to the solicitors, but AJ is really active throughout and they have a really friendly manner too. Nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend them and would use them again myself. Thanks to all.

There been a complication in the chain (from purchase site) where I had misleading information by other agent. AJ been digging hard to find answers why is chain stucked!
She really cared about whole selling process and kept me updated.

Recently visited a property and viewing was excellent with an informed and helpful rep on site. Unfortunately this is where the good performance ended.
Progressed through to placing an offer before being told by AJ Estate Agents that I wasn’t eligible to purchase the property because of my Marital Status. This should have been in the advert from the beginning, to make it clear that only married couples were allowed to buy the house.
When requested to explain the issue, the written response from AJ Estate Agents didn’t match the telephone conversation, suggesting a degree of reluctance to formally acknowledge the issue at hand.

Why choose AJ Estate Agents? Because they are simply the best!
With extensive experience in the property business, AJ had the courage of her convictions that an agency built on honesty, trust and personal service would be a welcome alternative to multibranch agencies for Cotswold property owners. Her timing was challenging as the country was emerging from Covid lockdown and it is to her credit that it is now operating so successfully.
We were probably the most difficult clients that AJ has had. We were planning our return to Australia and with the travel restrictions changing all the time, the marketing process was a complicated one and became a moving feast. Inevitably, it was a stop/ go decision as we faced delays for renewal of our visas and Jessie our Welsh Collie’s import permit. AJ ‘s advice as we dithered was invaluable and her patience and perseverance was greatly appreciated. This story has a happy ending – we have arrived in Australia and we have all completed our quarantine.
