Unfortunately, unlike other people here I had a terrible experience with this estate agent. They were unresponsive, unprofessional, and downright rude. They showed no interest and seemed more concerned with their commission. Avoid at all costs!

We honestly could not recommend AJ and team more. AJ is dedicated and quickly becomes an expert on your home and area to effectively bring it to market. Where AJ and team really excelled was managing our chain.
With regular proactive updates and really ensuring everyone was working effectively to ensure our sale progressed. We moved into our dream home and I honestly do not believe it would have happened without the skills and expertise of AJ and team.
Thank you so very much, from the bottom of our hearts, for making our dreams come true and being an absolute pleasure to work with while doing so.

We put our house on the Market in August 2023 and moved in December 2023. AJ and her team were excellent. The marketing strategy was great, the team showing potential buyers round were very friendly and AJ is the hardest working estate agent I know. She was professional all the way through the process. She’s a great coordinator and communicator. And she worked tirelessly to move the others in the chain in a timely manner. I highly recommend her for your house sale.

AJ Estate Agents were fantastic. They did a great job of finding a buyer for our property. They then proactively chased all of the parties in a difficult chain to make sure the Sale went through. Professional and approachable throughout. Can’t think of any other Agent who would have pulled this off!

We struck lucky with AJ Estate Agents. We were fortunate to meet AJ when she showed us around one of the houses she was marketing. She made such a good impression on us during the viewing, that we decided that she was the right person to market our own property. AJ and her colleagues offer a service tailored to the specific needs of the vendor. In our case we wanted to sell a home that we had lived in happily for over 20 years, and were a little nervous about the process, but AJ reassured us with her knowledgable approach and understanding of the local market. She is attentive to every detail and a very good communicator, as are her colleagues. We were always kept informed of progress. We can wholeheartedly recommend AJ Estate Agents and would not hesitate to engage with them again.

We came across AJ and her team through a Google search leading us to GetAgent. The reviews were impressive and the website told a story that immediately gave us "that feeling" that AJ were right for us. We received valuations from two other estate agents but felt the valuation and proposed approach that AJ presented to us was reasonable and achievable. AJ herself was warm and friendly, listening to our story and totally dedicated to providing an outstanding service with empathy and integrity. Things happened so fast but there was constant communication and clarity from the outset and our sale was completed within 6 weeks from the property going on the market.

AJ and team are brilliant, they're pro-active, enthusiastic, nothing seems to phase them and are really good at that one thing that (oddly) lets lots of estate agents down; communication!
AJ and the team arranged the listing, the viewings and then managed the sale from initial jubilation through trials and tribulation, floods of tears and out the other side to champagne corks popping, all with forbearance, humour and very sound advice.
Thanks team, you're great at what you do and lovely people too. ????
