They were so supportive during a very difficult time when we were caught with a totally ineffective conveyancer on our side. We bought a house through Naylor Powell this year. We've bought and sold a few properties in our time and never found it a particular enjoyable experience. However, it really was different with Chloe - Chloe saw the whole transaction through from beginning to end; she was knowledgeable, professional, timely and friendly - she really could not do enough for us. Although it took rather a long time - NOT because to the estate agent - it was not the nail-biting experience we've often experienced in the past. I chose Naylor Powell, after having a horrendous experience with purple bricks. Where the property had been on the market with purple bricks for seven months, I was despairing thinking we weren't likely to sell. We booked in a meeting with Naylor Powell, they were extremely accommodating and professional. Although more expensive than purple bricks, they were worth every penny. We sold a property within three weeks after listing through Naylor Powell, and had a large number of viewings. Afterwards they worked closely with both us and the buyer to help us get to exchange and completion. I think they were very diplomatic, and helped us work through issues as they arose. I have gone through this process of buying and selling several times, and Naylor Powell are head and shoulders above any estate agents I have ever dealt with.
