Very nice selection of homes at competitive prices in a convenient location surrounded by useful facilities.
The two sales representatives, Phil and Josh were very informative and friendly.

Lots of memories with me and my dog unfortunately there's been a lot of downsides with cats going missing and recently my cat has gone down a storm drain and the drain protection bar is big enough a cat like mine can fit in we sent fire teams and the RSPCA we tryed contacting barest Holmes for the pile blueprints but they refused to help our cat later turned up after the firemen left an exit for him and we have him safe, I do warn all pet owners with cats small dogs and other small pets that there is a storm drain with not enough covering and we do hope David Wilson the owners and the responsible people to make it much more protected

Poorly built homes. Arguing about a fault with a friends property that clearly needs fixing by them but as usual (I live in a Barrett home too) the developers arguing the case and are just simply lazy cowboys!
Don't buy from these idiots, ever.
Their website contact for this particular site is non existent either.
