I had never sold a house before and only came into one via inheritance so it was very new to me, this was made worse by the face that I do not live near the property in question. Paul and his team were amazing throughout, always easily available and very proactive in helping with remedial work to the property and making themselves available for viewings etc. Paul seems to know someone for everything and was able to arrange inspections, builders, damp experts etc to address issues with the property without any fuss. They even took the meter readings for me right at the end as it was something I had forgotten to do. I would very highly recommend, it is a shame they don't operate where I live! Highly recommend! I recently sold and purchased via Ewe move and I cannot rate them highly enough. It is a big decision when choosing an estate agent and with many to choose from, it can be a bit of a minefield. Paul and the team have been brilliant from start to finish. They have been very responsive, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I received regular updates and nothing was too much hassle! This includes Paul going out of his way (after office hours) having locked ourselves out the flat! We hit a challenging time, what with the uncertainty with the market/government etc. but despite this, I am very happy with the outcome and service received. I cannot fault the staff at Yeovil Ewemove. From our initial meeting to when our tenants moved in to the property. From the start of the process all members of the team communicated regularly and nothing was too much trouble, they are efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable which was great for us being first time landlords. I first met Paul when I purchased a BTL apartment that he and his team were selling. I was instantly impressed with Paul in his handling of my enquiry, the viewing, the follow up and the negotiations. I felt he was extremely professional and helpful all whilst trying to get the best price for his vendor. I was so impressed with Paul and his team that I gave the property back to him to rent out and I received just as good a service as I did when I was a buyer. I felt certain that he would do his best for me, give me sound, sensible and realistic advice. Paul has never over promised and under delivered, he has done quite the opposite.
