Dawson Wake provided a first class professional and personal service when we sold our flat. The selling process was long, complicated and quite stressful. Bev was very supportive and proactive, always there to communicate with us and the other parties involved. As an experienced Estate Agent Bev's advice was always expert. I sold two properties through this company and received excellent service and support at all times. Kamran Mahmood kept me informed of what was happening and when he wasn't available his colleagues were able to answer queries or progress issues. Kamran proactively chased solicitors when things appeared to be slowing. If i left a voicemail message my calls were returned on the same day. I would have given 5 stars if they were open 7 days a week. ????... Read more

VERY LAZY AGENTS sent 3 emails to query a property they had/have for rent. I had no response so I telephoned in. the young man who answered the telephone said he thought the property had been let (cannot remember his exact terminology) there was no offer to go and check or to see if I was interested in any other property, incidentally I was. my opinion VERY LAZY AGENTS, NOT BOTHERING TO COMMUNICATE WITH POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS, LETTING PROPERTIES SELL THEMSELVES DESPITE THE EXCESIVE FEES THEY CHARGE, POOR COMMUNICATORS. I now had no interest in checking the other properties with them if this was the service I received from Dawson Wake. **** potential landlords try doing this yourselves before using them as letting agents *****...
