Was kept fully informed and up to date of the process. Things explained when I didn't understand. It's was no trouble, would go out of there way to give me time to adjust to changes. Over 30 years since I sold a house. Things have changed and a lot more high tec. Don't let that put you off! It's easy from this side.

The sales team were competent, friendly and helpful. However markt value of the property was way less than it had been valued at so the sale price was a bit disappointing. Communication was of varying degrees based on who was dealing with the sale. Overall I was happy with the service.

Had it not been for Jackie at Hunters the review would be “terrible”.
The people showing viewers around my house weren’t great - one couldn’t open the front door, one was late, one didn’t speak at much at all. My tip would be to conduct your own viewings.

Linzi was one of 4 agents who came to value the property. She was by far the best agent I saw. She was knowledgeable, realistic about value and gave me very good advice about dressing the property for sale. The office kept me fully informed on developments and I was extremely pleased with the service I received.

They were good in that they progressed a sale very quickly after months of nothing from a previous agent. Only thing I would criticise is they took an offer from someone who went in low and we did a bit of bartering and agreed on a price and then I found out they didn't even have a mortgage in place.
