James and the team continued to be exemplary in helping us sell our house, always on hand for advice and as a time-saving go-between with others in the chain. They bring sanity to what is one of the most stressful events of your life. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They made this whole process so nice and smooth from start to finish, especially as it was a really difficult time for me. I really want to say a big thank you to Jess, Lisa and Hazel for all their help and support on my buying and selling. You’re all so lovely, professional and I love the good energy you all bring to this organisation. 5 stars all round!!! Big thanks to the photographer too!!

19th Feb 2024 (7 mo. ago)From start to finish Graeme & Guy provided an excellent, efficient, honest and friendly service from the start through to completion to us moving out the other week. They tell you what should be done, tell you when and how it will be done and deliver. They made the whole experience stress-free, were 100% professional, have an outstanding knowledge of the local property market business with the added bonus of amazing value for money and you can't ask for more than that. Thank you to you both!
14th Aug 2023 (1 year ago)The person who valued our house and did the sales pitch to us was great, but the person who actually dealt with our sale was terrible. She added no value to the whole process, never answered the phone or called us back, sent really unhelpful emails with no clear actions or asks in there and provided no effort to mediate our chain and keep all parties happy. It felt like she ended up working for our buyer rather than us who were her clients. She also seemed to shy away from difficult news and did everything over email rather than calling and helping to get people on side. I would not recommend. Our friends had a similar experience so this is not an isolated incident.

8th Jul 2024 (13 weeks ago)I rented a property from Julie's Homes for around 18 months and I can honestly say it was the most refreshing rental experience (I'd been renting for many years). The team did everything they could to assist throughout, nothing was ever an issue, safety checks were all carried out promptly, any repairs were dealt with quickly. But most of all the customer service was fantastic - such a friendly team. Would happily recommend to anyone.

It's was no trouble, would go out of there way to give me time to adjust to changes. Over 30 years since I sold a house. Things have changed and a lot more high tec. Don't let that put you off! It's easy from this side.- 6th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)I was glad I purchased my first home through Manning Stainton Horsforth, from the first viewing to collecting my keys everything went brilliantly. Lesley at head office was wonderful in assisting with the purchase from start to finish. I also loved the gift when I collected the keys which was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend!

Compared to other local estate agents, Richard stood out due to how interested he was in our home and it's saleable features. It was clear that he had also done some detailed research on current house prices in the area so as to build confidence that the price we are going to sell our house at is both realistic and achievable. The sales and marketing process is clearly explained and you are not locked in with them at all. Couldn't be happier.
