Sold my house quickly with very little fuss and the mortgage service was great, much more informative than our last advisor.
Awful experience - whatever you do, don't use them, go elsewhere and save yourself some stress! They charge a deposit when signing up, which upon completion they conveniently forget about and try to charge you again! Despite me flagging this up and them acknowledging the deposit was paid, they somehow forgot this and still charged me again. Nearly 2 months later they still haven't given me the money back. I imagine they try this with a lot of people, hoping in the time it takes to sell a house and complete that customers may forget or not check all the billing from the solicitor.
They Also delivered a very poor service once I had accepted an offer, and the manager of this office changes his answers so ensure you have anything you need in writing from him if you have gone with them! (Blamed poor service and communication on the solicitors saying I didn't use the recommended ones, but he recommended them!) I think their head office really need to do a full investigation of this branch and the unprofessional working practices they have.

Thankyou for emsil in rwgards to the works that have been carried out, there is no dispute that the works have been carried out in my home however it has taken since sept last year to get the works in order. You may blame landlords and contractors for delays in works but surely as a management ketting agent it is uo to you to ensure that all wokrs works have been carried out. There is still mould behind the wardorbes because the man could each any further. My 8month old baby has been back in hospital yesterday with a respiratory tract infction again due to the mould. This is following the fungal skin infection. The roof was leaking and this is the report from your contractor not me. He showed me pictures if the tiling and said in his exact words "done by cowboys" hence the water in the walls in the attic room. Thrn once you sorted the roof out it was then the fault of moisture in the house, which isnt surprising considering the amount of water in the walls. if this had been dealt with back in september when it was first reported then it wouldnt have got as far as all my clothes and shies getting mouldy. The dehumidifier was my recommendation. Again this was supplied month after it being reported, thisnis not the first time this has haooened. I first reported the shower rail was broken when we first mived in a year ago and took til sept for someone to come and sort it.
Basically you are unable to comlete your jobs i a timely manner hence to the public I warn you dont use homebuyers as your estate agents. They are a disgrace. They onlt take action when things have gotten from bad to disgraceful.
Can nit and will not forgivw homebuyers or the landlord if my property for allowing me and my kids to remain in such horrendous dwellings.
I spent a ridiculous amount time calling them and chasing them that it became a full time job to make sure my house is sorted, yes the wardobes were moved,,,... after you first sent a mib to do it who destroyed the wardorbez and chucked all our clothes around the house and broke the wardrobes then this had to be rectified and done again,,, so that would be another 3 days kf work i have had to take off..... yes you can blame th contactors ..... phoenix,.. but sure you should be vetting these contractors to make sure that they are suitable to enter peoples homes!!!!!

My experience is very very disappointing. I felt I was on the right place at the right time when I saw the for sale board go up on a a house that I was really interested in.
I rung Hunters only to be told they have no pictures yet but quoted me the price and offered to forward the details.
In the main time, I shared my excitement with our financial advisor. He suggested I call back and request a viewing.
This was the following day. I was told there isn't a bungalow and that it's a terrace house and the vendor unfortunately is ill so is taking it off the market till summer.
I was baffled, positive it was a bungalow NOT
I actually drove up again on the Sunday. I called the office ( which) was on a Sunday and may have tripped over to the call centre. Only to be told it's sold subject to contract.
I was really made and disappointed because of the wrong information
