And when things got a bit complicated during our completion, James remained in contact on Friday and Saturday evenings to give the very next customer service. The bigger chains simply would not give that level of service. Highly recommend Cornerstone!!!!!

2nd Feb 2024 (25 weeks ago)Excellent work by Jeremy and Nicola on our house sale. Despite a slow market they found buyers and ran the process perfectly. THey recommended conveyancing lawyers who were, surprisingly, also very good. Would have no hesitation to use Jeremy and the team again.

14th Aug 2023 (11 mo. ago)The person who valued our house and did the sales pitch to us was great, but the person who actually dealt with our sale was terrible. She added no value to the whole process, never answered the phone or called us back, sent really unhelpful emails with no clear actions or asks in there and provided no effort to mediate our chain and keep all parties happy. It felt like she ended up working for our buyer rather than us who were her clients. She also seemed to shy away from difficult news and did everything over email rather than calling and helping to get people on side. I would not recommend. Our friends had a similar experience so this is not an isolated incident.

8th Jul 2024 (19 days ago)Let my apartment through Bridgfords for 2 years. Had some issues with my tenancy towards the end and spoke to Alia, who resolved everything quickly and did a fantastic job.
10th Jul 2024 (17 days ago)Very poor, spent the majority of the time without adequate internet access in the house. There were often pest problems. 1 of the 2 bathrooms stopped working and was never fixed, which resulted in having to share a basement shower between 6, (12 if you include partners). For the majority of the day there was no hot water in this shower. We would constantly have to press dwell to try and get them to fix the property. Plus they tried to withhold two-thirds of my deposit. Would never recommend.

It's was no trouble, would go out of there way to give me time to adjust to changes. Over 30 years since I sold a house. Things have changed and a lot more high tec. Don't let that put you off! Karen J was a star in handing comms with the sellers and making us feel valued every step of the way from offer to exchange to completion. Picking up the keys on a Saturday was convenient for us and they had a kind gift waiting for us. Very nice touch, thank you.

She was happy to answer all our questions and was very encouraging about our sale.She was also very prompt in replying to emails and texts during this process. In the end we had a very straightforward sale as we swapped houses with our buyer, but that buyer came from one of the early viewings arranged by Monroes.I would recommend Kiera and Monroes without hesitation.

24th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)What a ride we have had! After trying to sell and getting no where with other estate agents we went for Ornella after a couple of great recommendations. Within a few weeks we had multiple viewings all with good intentions and she sold our apartment. Although this didn't go through first time Ornella managed to sell our apartment again very quickly. Always keeping us informed about how they all went and gave us lots of feedback each time. Through our journey of selling with Ornella she was always in touch with everyone involved to make this the easiest quickest and smoothest journey she could. She is incredibly hard working and well connected and above all care for her customers happiness in finding their perfect home. Cannot recommend enough!
1st Jul 2024 (26 days ago)Sold our house with DPSH. It took 8 months, mainly due to the solicitors they 'highly recommended'. We did all the viewings ourselves and had to push for them to encourage the buyers to come back with a higher offer. THEN when we actually sold our house - we heard nothing from them for the full 8 months except 1 token phone call asking us to ring them with an update.... Including on the day we completed and exchanged, we had to arrange to meet the buyers at the house - no phone call checking it had all gone ok, I don't even know if they know we have sold.... I presume they do because they have got a load of money for doing absolutely nothing. Would not use again and would not recommend. 1 star is generous.
