I was extremely happy with the service provided by Reeds Rains, Morley branch.
I was contacted regularly in relation to my purchase and they were more helpful than my estate who I was selling with!
Next time I move be it a purchase or sale I will be taking my business to this branch and Danni in particular who was most helpful throughout the whole process.
Thank you Reeds Rains & thank you Danni!
The ladies at reeds rains Morley are absolutely great! They’ve done nothing but help me with moving into my new flat! They are nice, friendly, approachable and want to fix any problems that they can!
However if you need anything fixing by the company, be prepared to wait 3+ weeks. It’s the longest wait I’ve ever had by any rental company. I went with reeds rains because they are a reputable company, but I’ve never had to fight so much to get a working kitchen tap and oven. Obviously not the fault of the ladies at reeds rains, but a fault for the company itself as they need to do better when dealing with maintenance reports.
Very reputable company and staff are lovely to deal with especially Lisa the property manager who checked us out of the property at the end of contract made everything stress free. All our requests throughout our contract were addressed quickly and professionally. Would certainly recommend.
A bag of rocks has a higher IQ than the people who run this place.
Avoid at all costs.
Linzi was one of 4 agents who came to value the property. She was by far the best agent I saw. She was knowledgeable, realistic about value and gave me very good advice about dressing the property for sale. The office kept me fully informed on developments and I was extremely pleased with the service I received.
They were good in that they progressed a sale very quickly after months of nothing from a previous agent. Only thing I would criticise is they took an offer from someone who went in low and we did a bit of bartering and agreed on a price and then I found out they didn't even have a mortgage in place.
Gill & Helen were great to work with during our house purchase. We had a lot of questions and challenges (from other parties), but they were always patient, helpful and understanding. Simone was lovely too when she helped us arrange impromptu visits to the property in her own time.
Lies and incompetence from almost each member of staff.
From initially being unable to spell our names right on contracts, to organising a open day on a bank holiday, to putting our property live on Rightmove etc.incomplete and removing for several days losing the new nature our listing and depriving us of valuable interest. On the back of that lying about knowing the cause. To accompanied viewers being unable to work out the keys, and parking in the drive which can fit 3 cars and blocking it preventing the viewer from parking and drawing attention to the narrow private street. Lying about what they would tell potential buyers, releasing info we were told wouldn't be released to buyers for example the minimum we would be prepared to accept. Not including all relevant materials in brochures, we printed specific items ourselves and left around the house. Basic agreements like no viewings between x and x were questioned. The move manager was non-existent promised updates never arrived. We had to do the chasing of our move manger who regularly mis-understood and at one point writing in a mail to us the complete opposite to what had happened. Allowing things to happen which were not allowed in their contract.
Manning Stanton increased our stress levels and needed to be actively managed and chased by us throughout. Terrible service, I won't be using them again.
The similarly worded 5 star google reviews from similar accounts appear to be a little suspicious, I would take these with a pinch of salt.
