From our house falling through on a Friday, Manning Stainton were able to set us up with a viewing on a Sunday afternoon within an hours notice they really helped us out.
Hamzah set us up with the initial viewing, of which he went the extra mile in setting this up at short notice with staff who stayed behind to let us view the property.
On the Monday, Manning Stainton, in particular Debbie Cubdill, helped us secure the property just by being available and communicating regularly and keeping contact open.
We went through a lot in our move with several people in the chain, solicitors, other estate agents and challenges along the way but the turnaround and communication when Manning Stainton joined our process made us happy new homeowners.

We have just exchanged contacts on our house and Manning Stainton - in particular Kyle Guy from the Horsforth office - has been excellent in pushing the process through. From the moment of sale, Kyle coordinated everything and went above and beyond to chase people up and get things moving as quickly as possible. He had a handle over all aspects at all times and kept us updated at every opportunity. I think we would still be waiting for it to all be finished if it wasn't for Kyle!

Manning Stainton in general have been head and shoulders ahead of all of the other estate agents I used in my recent house purchase. I registered with Linley and Simpson, William H Brown, Castlehill, Hardisty and probably other's I can't even remember. Within a week the level of communication and engagement from the teams at both the Pudsey and Headingley offices of Manning Stainton absolutely dwarfed all the others to the extent it really became clear that MS were the only place my new home was likely to come from.
Juggling work and family life myself, the fact that MS took ownership for my house hunt, and chased and asked for feedback regularly I suspect knocked months off my hunt. It never mattered whether I called either office, or the call went through to their HQ, the agents were always well informed of my situation and helpful. I work in customer service myself and MS were the only agency who provided customer service to me as a buyer, rather than leaving me to do all of the leg-work and chasing.

I was won over immediately by the valuer Emma Griffiths who had a lot of knowledge of the property I was selling and of the surrounding area.

Our property was previously with another agent locally and we struggled with the lack of communication, poor service and speed of progression. We decided to change to Manning Stainton Pudsey. The process has been flawless. John arrived on a Thursday morning, did a valuation and took photos on the same day. The photos were great and really showed off the original features of our home. Although the sale of the property did take a long time (7 months), this was due to the first potential buyer being a time waster and the second buyer choosing a solicitor who provided an appalling service.
Despite this, Manning Stainton (Pudsey Branch) provided a very professional service throughout and I was also very happy with my solicitor who I was introduced to via Manning Stainton.

Having viewed and loved a newly listed property presented by Manning Stainton, my wife and I were filled with excitement over the prospect of owning such a wonderful estate, but were also full of trepidation and pessimism towards the house buying process (as first time buyers). We believed it was to be as dreadful as we'd often heard or read about.

From the moment we first spoke about the viewed property, Vicky demonstrated nothing but understanding with and empathy for my wife and I. I have just completed on the sale of my house through Manning Stainton. Claire Ward guided me through the entire process. Selling during covid, especially when you're in a chain is incredibly daunting. Claire was patient, helpful and honest throughout. The solicitors I used were incredibly busy and not very communicative so Claire chased them throughout for me and always kept me in the loop. I was very unsure of the whole process and Claire always made herself available to answer any questions when my solicitors wasn't being receptive. The only negative was that the solicitors I used were actually recommended by Manning Stainton and were not very good. I would recommend Manning Stainton to anybody selling a house in the area. I would however recommend they find their own solicitors.

Manning Stainton Pudsey advertised a property for sale with a large garden which was not actually owned by the vendors. Resulted in the loss of hundreds of pounds on our end through survey cost and legal fees.
Throughout the entire experience they were unresponsive with calls and emails going un-returned and unacknowledged. Having read through the Google reviews perhaps our experience would have been slightly better with Debbie or Victoria, but I see no positive comments about our agent Claire Ward who ignored three separate emails with questions for the vendors and many calls. The service was abysmal at best. She never even bothered to find out if we were going to progress with the purchase after the ownership debacle.
If you can avoid buying through this branch I would strongly recommend it. But equally if you fancy trying to sell a property that you don't have the title deed for - give them a go!

I was fortunate enough to deal with Deborah Cundill (Debbie) when making an offer on our newly found house in Pudsey, West Yorkshire. She is a very efficient agent, being very positive, friendly and helpful - she has kept to all of her promises in handling our offer, and even took the time to ring me back late on Saturday afternoon after having liaised with the vendor who lives in Australia (fair dinkum!). Highly recommend. Great service from instruction to sale of the property. They have kept me informed with updates two or three times each week. An easy to use portal and work hard to sell the home.
Not the cheapest agent available but they also offer to do viewings, which seems to becoming harder to find with all the online agents.
House sold subject to contract within 3 or 4 weeks. Happy with the price as well.

I used Manning Stainton to sell my house after having tried a couple of other estates agents - unsuccessfully. Within the first week of listing my property a number of viewings were secured and an offer which went on to translate into a sale.
Manning Stainton kept track of everything extremely well - from solicitors, to buyers, to mortgage. They were extremely pro-active and I don't think I would have been able to complete on my sale as quick if it was not for them.
Laura, in particular, was an absolute star - she probably did a better job that my solicitors. I would definitely use Manning Stainton again and would highly recommend them - they are worth every single penny spent on them.
