I have had an unpleasant experience with this establishment. They’re very unprofessional, don’t respond to emails, are useless when you call them. I had to keep calling back to ask about updates on my application after they asked for confidential documents. No one calls to fill me in on any updates. I dint receive a call to say that I wasn’t a suitable candidate to rent the property, they just told me to wait. So unprofessional, and employers can’t speak proper English you’ll need someone to translate, All the 5 star reviews are fake, beware don’t fall for fraud.

Once they had my property they never marketed it, after 3 months and lots of chasing up they found DSS tenant who had wrongly made up his employment history, no checks were carried out and even deposit was not secured.
The tenants stopped paying within 2 months or he pocketed the rent money whatever the case was, we had terrible experience with the crook, stay away please

The worst Estate agents to work with, Once you give the property to them, you are trapped, tenants reference checks are fraudulent and the tenants stop paying as soon as they are in the property! You will have Nightmare tenants and you will never see your rent!!

I rented an apartment for three years from this agency, every 6 months, I ask for money to renew the contract at the end of the contract, check everything in detail and make you pay for everything, even if you did not do it! is an agency without professional people! I do not recommend this agency!

Extremely unprofessional, can't even book a viewing properly, called me twice thinking I was 2 different people and then telling me there is no slots available to view the property, another colleague told me she will get her to phone me in 5 mins, 2 hours later ive phoned back and was told she didn't need to phone me back because I was unavailable. Can't imagine the problems I would have if I choose them as my landlord.

Called looking for a restaurant, staff was friendly and i really liked the way they advised me and offered me a various choise of businesses. Got the one i was looking for and booked appointment same day.
Most of the agencies i called don't bother to explain if i have questions about some details of their properties unless i book appointment.

My partner called them to book an appointment for a viewing. After the call they sent a sms asking to reply with a sms to confirm, which he did. The day of the appointment nobody was there and once called they said they didn’t receive the sms... a total waste of time.
