Dave and his team installed a combi boiler for in my private property and made some improvements to the pipework. On time, price as agreed and a lot of advice offered (good for someone who isn't clued up in the plumbing business).

Attended a viewing, spoke at length and was told he would speak to the landlord and get back to me, he knew I was keen to rent, ignored my emails and declined my calls then I saw the property was let agreed. No professionalism or customer service. Found it really poor to be honest. Never had this from any other estate agents in the area. If I've attended the viewing and the landlord picked someone else they always give me a call just to let me know and the reasons. Common decency really.

Despite taking days off of work for Dai Davies of DJM Estates to do my repairs, he never turned up. My child & I became homeless because of the disrepair, I asked Dai to reimburse me my £2.500, for alternative accommodation, and he served me a section 21 notice. Revenge Eviction.

Want a place that appears professional,then promises to show up but never does/never does the work? You can find it right here. You would think the people here would take more pride in how they treat their customers but I guess not. Would not recommend to anyone looking to rent out a place here due to the horrible service and horrible condition some of these places are in.

I am a first time renter with my partner and the process from start to finish was handled with high standards.
The team were professional and experienced. My partner and I felt welcomed and relaxed about the move and communication was at a high.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a outstanding place to live and amazing customer service.
