Attended a viewing, spoke at length and was told he would speak to the landlord and get back to me, he knew I was keen to rent, ignored my emails and declined my calls then I saw the property was let agreed. No professionalism or customer service. Found it really poor to be honest. Never had this from any other estate agents in the area. If I've attended the viewing and the landlord picked someone else they always give me a call just to let me know and the reasons. Common decency really.... Read more

terrible service was due to view an house with them i had to take time off work drove all the way from aberdare to blackwood for them to ring just has we got there to say the house had gone without letting us view the house! they should of atleast let us view the house too and choose between all the possible tenants wasting my time i had to take off work and not considering us even though they were told me had the money for fee and bond to pay down, more disappointing than anything we needed the house because of our change of circumstances. absolutley terrible COMPLETE TIME WASTERS!!! Terrible. Avoid this company at all costs. They swindled me out of my deposit and then said they couldn't pay it back, despite not moving into the property (which subsequently wasn't even removed from the market). The Govt has now legislated to stop this nefarious behaviour and they did so with vile organizations like DJM in mind.... Read more
