We put in an offer that was accepted, and everything seemed to be progressing smoothly. Unfortunately, due to a strict deadline on our part, we had to pivot and focus on a chain-free property. We were really happy with the service and professionalism from Watkins. They are fast with all enquiries, the pictures were great and they were able to drive lots of interest quickly. This meant that in under a week from the valuation we had our property listed, viewings done and sold (above asking). During the sale they helped to keep a long and difficult chain together through until completion. They worked really hard so would reccomend them to anyone in the Caerphilly and surrounding areas.... A sincere thank you to Nathan and his team for all thier recent help. The whole team were professional and friendly at all times and the house photographs were perfect. Despite having to deal with a less than perfect online solicitor, Nathan, Dave and April handled our frequent queries with the utmost patience throughout, guiding us through the whole process, kept us up to date with developments and responded promptly. After 4 months of little interest and generally poor service with a well known "online" agent, we were recommended to contact Nathan by friends who had been in a similar position but went on to have a successful sale after changing to Watkins Estate Agents . We were not disappointed. Nathan really understands the market and reassured us that we were correct with our asking price. The marketing provided by Watkins was fantastic and the social media driven approach was a major point of difference against other agents and felt both fresh and contemporary.
