They help to resolve issues both ways, where maintenance is required on a property but also when the rent is overdue and they pro actively chase this up. They will always get back to you in a timely manner on any issues or concerns you have.... Read more

Applied for house 2-3 Weeks before it's renovations were completed as was really interested. Good distance to my NHS job and loved the layout. On the DAY the keys were SUPPOSED to be available to arrange viewings I was informed it had already been let !! The owner said Dominion had let.... and Dominion said the OWNER had let it privately !!! Obviously someone, or BOTH are liars. I wouldn't touch this Estate Agents with a barge pole !... Read more

Horrible agent. The guy called Sunny is the biggest scam artist. Disgusting,rude,greedy and downright scum. Tried to seize my deposit of £1,200. Refused to give me checkout inventory. Refused to give me invoice,took check out pictures before I packed out despite agreeing to take pictures after my moving out and cleaning.. then tried to use it as evidence of state of the house. But the ADR at the deposit protection scheme busted all his lies and returned almost all my deposit. Shame on Sunny. He even made fake invoices, false claims and lies. Stay away from this person in particular. He's business partner is much ok and respectful but the guy called Sunny is a real right scum and a waste of space. Take your checkout pictures and contest any claim he makes at the Deposit protection scheme guys. Its unfair to discourage people from dealing with this agency because it doesn't just belong to Sunny, he's just the bad apple and he damages the business reputation by attempting to scam any one who deals with the company. I feel sory for his business partner I dont believe he has anything to do with Sunny's greed and malpractice.... Read more
