Haha, I'm her landlord! As it happens I am writing, independently, to commend Andy Jones there in the Oldbury office just for a tenant-find. Very helpful. Always responded by return. Helped me to make an informed choice of tenant (in a strong field). Even put me in touch with local contractors to make some improvements. I had been apprehensive, but I need not have been. 100% good, and no time-wasting process, worth every penny

“Thanks to everyone at Connells in Warndon Village for helping us get our first house. Even though we didn’t end up buying through them we could still use their excellent mortgage broker Tom. No matter how busy Tom is he would always make time for you and get back to you as soon as possible. I’ve heard negative things about some brokers but I only have positive things to say about Tom. We were worried going into the house purchase due to history of a pay day loan but he got us through that and it was well worth the money to ease our worries. A great like to deal with and I would recommend and use again.
Lucy who is one of the estate agents is also really nice and I would trust her both buying and selling a house from.”

So unprofessional I am amazed they are still trading.
Would not recommend this Estate Agents for anything, do not even bother to try and buy, rent or sell through these, 100% they will lie and deceive you.
Found them to be very unprofessional, underhand and extremely rude.
Sellers/buyers/renters need to be aware of how deceiving they are.
