Ranjit was our original contact and Raj has been our constant property management and “solutions” man throughout the ten year period, with Kavita becoming increasingly involved during the recent period that lead up to the successful sale of the property. They have been unfailingly responsive and innovative in tackling any issues that might arise and the regular administration has been excellent. It will be strange to be no longer working with the team after all this time!

10th Sep 2024 (6 days ago)For someone who has never sold a property before, I couldn't speak highly enough of the team who have looked after me. Nathan was brilliant from the word go explaining everything about their service, the market, my property etc. The price was fixed because of the lower value of my house and beat everyone else I shopped around with by quite a large margin. No contract and no sale no fee. It was a win win. Throughout the selling and viewing stage there were so many people who helped me with any questions. Tammy, Lewis and James to name a few. I was sold in just over a week and got the full asking price. They really are worth it.

13th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)***AVOID Cowboy Estate Agents, AVOID*** The agent Jamie came around 10 mins late (no excuse for being late!), and then told us the fees are fixed at 1%, which we find hard to believe, and was a blantant lie. Then after an instruction, didn’t bother to follow up with any communication. If you didn’t want the business, because it’s small fish compared to luxury properties you are selling in Harborne, then just say that and not mess us around. Also like to constantly harass you with unsolicited phone calls when you are not interest, so be warned if they get your phone number. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go with these dishonest wheeler dealer salesmen.

He was quick, efficient and has made the process of renting feel so easy. He has really eased a lot of stresses that comes with finding/renting a property, has communicated with us every step of the way and listened to every query we had. To put into perspective, Me and my Partner had viewed a property on the Thursday and by the following Wednesday, we were able to pick up the keys to our rental property. We could not have asked for a better person to help us! Thank you so much for everything!
1st Sep 2024 (15 days ago)Good initial interaction with Ben, which was then followed through with regular and swift updates throughout the entire process from Sarah, who did a fantastic job of keeping us in the loop. Also had regular viewing updates from Debbie whilst selling our property. Very good team to deal with and although we didn't sell as quickly as we would of liked I am certain this would have been the case with whoever we chose. Would not hesitate to recommend!

2nd May 2024 (20 weeks ago)Throughout my lifetime, I've never encountered individuals as unprofessional and deceitful as those associated with this company, particularly an agent named Luke. Initially, they assured me that my wage was sufficient for the desired apartment, but after I provided the deposit, they began avoiding my calls, imposing unexpected requirements, and threatening to withhold my deposit despite providing inaccurate information. This ordeal left me feeling deeply distressed and anxious, to the point of tears. Luke's actions were not only misleading and dishonest but also malicious. 18th Mar 2024 (5 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
