I was informed AGAIN the main entrance area lights would be fixed even lied too the worst company I have ever dealt with .... I will be taking the matter further regarding the poor level of service when I am paying for a service I expect not to be on the telephone all the time regarding issues !!

Being told you will be called back, and only to find they have sold the property that you wanted to view. Absolutely appalling after you have been told that the owners are too ill for viewings, and you will be called as soon as they are well enough. Needless to say, never received a call back and had to chase.
The behaviour of Royal estates has been disgusting in my experience. Beyond horrendous.
I would never recommend this agent to anyone. Stay far away!
We bought (myself and my wife) beautiful house trough the Quinton Dixons. I was very impressed how they work hard. There were two gentlemen who worked with my case: sales negotiator Aaron Tonks and mortgage adviser Tom Hewitt. I can't say enough thank you for those guys. Always professional, polite and very patient.
Aaron introduced us with the house and was dealing with sale. He was very friendly and professional guy. All queries sorted in easy way.
Tom worked with my mortgage case with Countrywide Mortgage Services. He worked extremely hard, under the pressure as at some point our and vendor solicitors have had raised issues between them. Tom was always helpful, friendly and polite. He has found mortgage lender, solicitors, set up house and life insurances, properly explained us how works out house purchase process. Really can't say enough thank you for his hard work. Wish all the best him.
Once I spoke on the phone to lady called Lydia when our and vendor solicitors have had an raised serious issue between them. Be honest, don't know what to say about this young lady. Wish her a bit to improve costumer service experience and work for both sides with respect. Not only for the seller but for buyer also.
Generally I am very satisfied with Dixons and really recommend them as they offers all services under one Roof as they work together with Countrywide.
Useless agent in Quinton. Rang on their number so many times today to view a house in harborne but everytime i rang an answering machine came on saying the office was closed! On a thursday. I left two messages saying that i wanted to view a property today as i was very keen. Eventually they rang me back saying that someone had made an offer on it. I could not believe it. It only recently went on the market. So i left a third message for them and still no.one rang me back. Definitely avoiding this agency in quinton. Avoid them as there are better agents around who are more professional and reliable.
I came here to see Baljit about getting a mortgage following a recommendation. From the start he was brilliant, he explained everything in a way that I understood and found the right mortgage for me.
Before seeing Bal I wasn’t able to get the mortgage amount that I needed and I thought I would have to pull out of the purchase of my first home, but with Bal’s expertise I got more than I expected.
I couldn’t recommend Bal enough and as a first time buyer especially the process was stress free.

Going threw a sale of my property at the moment have to say extremely disappointing sales having to phone them all the time for feed back on viewings sending people around without checking out there credentials first. having to do all the viewings ourselves never spoke to the manager face to face asked for fees on sale still waiting ready to pull the plug shocking service only given one star cause I have to sorry dixons thought you were better than this !!!!!
Very professional service, always on the end of the phone if you needed them. Kept you up to date at all times & would liaise with solicitors if needed. An overall seamless experience & would definitely recommend

I am a first time buy to rent purchaser.Andrew at the above office was absolutely brilliant . Within 4 days he had found a tenant. Andrew kept me up to date everything l needed to know and do. Excellent customer service skills.
Wouldn't even rate it 1 star. Didnt turn up for my fist valuation when i called they said i wasnt even on the system. Booked second time and on the day i called as it was getting late was told that the person had changed n to rearrange. No thank you didnt even call to say of the delay or change.
