I have been with urban City estates as a tenant and landlord for over 6years. To date I've never had any issues, they are very helpful polite and easy to work with.
I do understand time to time issues will come up but we have always sorted it. Thus I am happy to give them 5stars. We'll done and thank you

I can't say how much of a MASSIVE help has Preeti been since knowing her at UCE. Initially she has helped secure a house for my elderly parents, then myself (for a brief period), followed by a 3-bed house for my cousin with the assistance of Luke who was equally helpful with all due respect. Very helpful and down to Earth estate agents. I would totally recommend them ???? Thank you!

I've been a landlord with urban city over years. Thankfully I've never had any issues, but can only commend them on there hardworking. It's not always possible that tenants and some landlords are easy to work with. They do there best that's all I can say. Thanks guys.

Never trust this branch. I have same problem for 8 month in the flat. Thay just keep telling me some one is coming to sort it out but no one coming. I can not belive thay can not find some one to fix the roof. Thay are not professional ant responsive. If i could i would give ziro star

I rang up on Monday to book a viewing at a property that was up for rent. They booked me in for later that afternoon. Nearer the time, I rang up to double check that the viewing was still going ahead to which I was told that they needed to get in touch with the Landlord before they could hold viewings. I said this was fine and to contact me again to either confirm that the viewing was going ahead as planned or to rearrange a viewing for another day. I did not hear anything after this so assumed the viewing was cancelled and was being rearranged. After a week of no response, I rang again to see if I could rearrange a viewing. I rang today and before I had a chance to finish my sentence, the lady abruptly stated that the property had already been let. I explained the situation regarding my previous booked viewing and she just responded 'well, I dunno.' I found this to be extremely rude and unprofessional and would very much avoid future correspondence with them!!
