These cowboys provided a valuation of my house for a complete stranger over the phone. They had not visited my house. They were about 100k out. I know whom NOT to instruct. Watch it, guys, I may even instuct solicitors to sue you.

What can I say, we chose Dreampads to sell our home in January this year after having it on the market for 7 months with a local high street agent with no luck. Greg and the team sold it on the first weekend at the same price. So pleased we chose them,we should have chosen them first, as my wife regularly reminds me. Very professional, super friendly and positive approach. Also great value for money, they found us a good strong buyer, kept it all on track and got it over the line in good time. We would highly recommend Greg and the team.

I recently sold my property through Dreampad, and was very impressed with their professionalism.
Melanie was attentive and kept me informed every step of the way.
The photos of my property were of superb quality and beautifully presented on their website.
I would highly recommend this unique Estate Agency where customer care is premium and the sale was concluded without any stress at all and at the price I requested.

DreamPad definitely went above and beyond their job selling our home in Benington, 5 stars really isn't enough to give it to them. Their professionalism, market knowledge, and communication skills were top notch and they were also extremely responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend DreamPad.

I met Johnathan of Dream-pad while looking to down size from our five bed Victorian home.we were shown two which were not suitable but he showed interest in our house as he had clients looking for something like ours.to shorten this story when we found something we wanted he advised us to take a much lower figure and said if we asked more we would probably lose the house we had seen.we took his word and sold to his clients.this was our retirement money. which we then found out we had been wrongly advised by sum £25000.Istill feel sick every time the sale comes into my head.please if anyone out there is selling get two or three opinions before you end up like we did.
