Our purchase was a long and complicated one through no fault of ours or the seller however, the service offered by Steve at Lawlors was incredible. Steve ensured we were updated with every development in the long chain which was continually revealing issues, only delaying completion. He not only was keeping us updating but supported us fully throughout the purchase, guiding us and taking the initiative to resolve the problems arising. Steve ensured he was communicating with everyone involved in the chain which kept us reassured and encouraged us to hang on for as long as we did. At no point did we feel we couldn't reach Steve and he was prompt at returning calls if missed even if it was out of office hours.
We have now thankfully completed the purchase and are grateful for the assistance we have received from Steve at Lawlors. Thank you Steve for your efforts and we look forward to keeping in touch.

Fantastic service from all the team at Lawlors but particularly Wayne and Mia. The staff are very polite and professional at all times. They always answered queries quickly and efficiently. We were kept well informed of the progress of the sale. Nothing is too much trouble. If I'd been staying in Loughton, I would definitely have used them again.

We first contacted Lawlors a year ago as we were planning to move abroad, however due to personal circumstances we had to delay our move. We have now been in touch with Neil again as we are hoping to move this year. Neil has been very professional, friendly, helpful and understanding during the past year. Over the last few years we have used Lawlors for the sale of 2 houses and a purchase. They are currently managing the let of our UK property. As we live overseas we need to be able to have confidence that any issues are dealt with promptly which the lettings team do. They are friendly, professional and provide a responsive service, and as such we highly recommend them.

Avoid!!!!!
We had our property completely trashed.
The reports we had generated were not true to the extent of the damage we found after the tenant left in January this year.
Now having to spend 5k on the property to bring it up to the same standard before we handed over to Lawlor's. Seriously disappointed and let down on all levels.
