6th Jan 2025 (12 weeks ago)Very happy with the service I received from the team. Good quality adverts with a detailed description seemed to make the difference from my previous agency and Peach Properties managed to find me a buyer within 2 weeks.
5th Oct 2024 (25 weeks ago)Extremely unhelpful. Tired to book a viewing only to be told I was rude (after spending my name out five times!!). I would advise to not use them for any sales. Beware of the rating, guys. Take a closer look at those five star reviews, I think they mostly look fake. DMCC bill comes to mind.
23rd Aug 2024 (7 mo. ago)I cannot recommend the team at Lawlors enough. In particular, Steve. Who took care of us, especially my mum through the sale of her home at a very difficult time. His professionalism and expertise were top class. But what was most outstanding was his kindness, thoughtfulness and patience. Not every agent would get on their knees in the rain and stick their arm in a drain to help read a water metre… but Steve did! Going above and beyond, could certainly be attributed here. I would give more stars if I could!

Very accommodating, keeping us up to date with any updates on their side and even our need to view the property multiple times was always sorted for us. As someone who himself lives nearby, he deeply understood the local market and how best to communicate the most salable features of the property to potential bodies. I really appreciated his friendly, down-to-earth approach and constant availability, even on the weekends. Being able to rely his advice and expertise from start to finish made the whole process incredibly smooth. In the end, he was able to negotiate an offer that was significantly over the asking price. I would highly recommend him as the premier estate agents in the ‘between the commons’ area.

We felt thoroughly supported through the whole process of letting our property and tenants were found for us in next to no time. This support was very important to us as we were new to lettings and we felt that we could ask any question - however small. We found Annabel and her colleague Grace very friendly, open, honest and supportive and will not hesitate to recommend them to others. Thank you Annabel, you truly are a star!

We’d had our house up for sale for a while with another agency and struggled to sell, so needed a fresh approach and Daniel Frank delivered. They took great photos of the house to show it in its best light and Cameron, Frankie and Jaqueline were communicative, patient and helpful throughout. We found them a joy to deal with and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I had spoken to him on the phone first and felt comfortable talking to him We had an open day on Saturday and today is Thursday and have got more than the asking price. Honestly I would recommend presidential estates 100% Thank you Stuart
