23rd Aug 2024 (19 days ago)I cannot recommend the team at Lawlors enough. In particular, Steve. Who took care of us, especially my mum through the sale of her home at a very difficult time. His professionalism and expertise were top class. But what was most outstanding was his kindness, thoughtfulness and patience. Not every agent would get on their knees in the rain and stick their arm in a drain to help read a water metre… but Steve did! Going above and beyond, could certainly be attributed here. I would give more stars if I could!

We recommend Theodore as well as Kings, who has also served us with great professionalism.

We mainly dealt with Lee and he was always timely in his responses to us, provided us with updates frequently and was always happy to give us any further information that we needed during the process.

At the end of the tenancy we faced a couple of problems with mould and he handled all the issues and put us in touch with tradespeople when necessary. He was always very nice to us and respectful when he had to conduct viewings: Thanks so much!

The team are always available to respond to any queries. Throughout the conveyancing process they kept me updated. They keep a connection with every single stakeholder involved. AMAZING EXPERIENCE! The whole process was prompt efficient and l was kept informed throughout the whole process. I have again lovely tenants and l would recommend eastate east agent to landlords.

6th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)Beware! This company do not care about tenants or their welfare. They failed to settle their own dispute with the landlord, who then turned on me to recover her losses. They basically lumbered me with a psychotic landlord, and Instead of dealing with the situation, chased a tidy profit out of a very ugly situation they caused in the first place. Don't be mislead by other positive reviews... They're probably all good if all goes well and their banking their commissions, but if there are any complications they'll leave you high 'n' dry. They're simply not a good company, and their contracts are worthless pieces of paper unless the clause is in their favour. This machiavellian organisation are a disgrace to their industry. They caused me untold stress and cost me a fortune. They should not be allowed to trade. I’d strongly advise you steer clear.

Brontë is absolutely amazing, she’s so calm, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, hard working, dedicated and lovely! Wayne Foley also helped in securing my sale and I took all his advice on board, which was much appreciated. Without them both I would not have sold my property, thank you both so much!

Ben looked after us on a weekly basis. He kept us informed regularly on any viewings. I would recommend using Kings to sell your property.

31st Aug 2024 (11 days ago)We tried to let out our house in Woodford Green . Unfortunately the company couldn’t make it due to the miscommunication between the would be tenant and the agent . The tenant piled up the requirements and contractor kept on doing and being a landlord only kept loosing the rent and the money in construction. Not happy with their work and approach .May be next time they does good and I remove the review .
