24th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)I originally put my house up for sale with another very known estate on Chingford mount E4. They quickly found me a buyer, someone known to them that buys and sells properties through them. After nearly reaching exchange position they tried to drop me £25000 because they just wanted to. When I asked the agents if they had been following up my sale making sure that things were going well it was a NO. £2000 less in my pocket I went straight to Coultons in Chingford E4, what can I say, very friendly helpful people that go out there way to help. They found me a buyer and followed it through, constantly communicating with me every step of the way. They are all professionals and enjoy doing their job. I mainly delt with Euan, real gentleman. He would do anything he can to make everything go smoothly. Up to the completion day he was calling to make sure all was well. So if you really want to buy or sale a property forget about going to second best, just go straight to the best Coultons in Chingford, where you will get professional services and peace of mind.

14th Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)WARNING to all rental tenants. Beware! This company do not vet their landlords or care for tenants welfare, I’d strongly advise you steer clear. They lumbered me with a psychotic landlord, and Instead of dealing with their own dispute with her, left me to deal with an ugly situation they caused in the first place. The episode caused me untold distress and cost me a fortune. I had to move out just to get away from an unhinged landlord, and Portico didn't step in to help me with any of it. I spoke to the so-called 'manager' about it and all he cared about was grabbing a tidy profit from the situation. Even the staff said the landlord was 'trouble' but i'm the one that took the hit. Bad people, bad company, don't grace them with your custom, save yourself and go elsewhere.

He was proactive and very well prepared. I would highly recommend him.! I would absolutely recommend Moveli, over using one of the big impersonal high street chains

This gave my confidence that they both genuinely cared about finding my new home! On top of this, every question I asked was answered. The biggest standout trait was how proactive they were with suggestions, communication, viewings, everything across the board. I just let them know what I was looking for and they did the rest. Matched me with a perfect landlord which also highlights the level of quality Felicity and Kacie maintain. I would 100% recommend and I’ve definitely found my one stop shop for all things property! From start to finish Rojda was incredibly helpful, attentive, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. As first-time buyers, the whole experience felt overwhelming at times, but Rojda was always there whenever we needed her. She answered every call and message promptly, kept us constantly updated, explained everything clearly, and made us feel reassured throughout. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for her. We’re do I start probably the best in the uk definitely the best in Loughton and surrounding areas, my two daughters bought there first home with them from the word go Mattew one of the ceo made them feel so comfortable as this could be a difficult time for first time buyers he actually took a lot off my shoulders , he guided them negotiated the price and secured the property for them , he advised them through out the sale he didn’t just stop at securing the sale , it was a very hard and difficult sale due to people in the chain but with all his hard work and effort he got there at the end , Aaron who is a partner there got the girls a mortgage through there in house brokers then he got his in house solicitors Avrillo to complete the sale phoning on a daily basis making sure everything went through swiftly and smoothly as possible he literally took all the weight off the girls shoulders and held there hand all the way through which estate agents company do that well this is the first I came across and I’ve had a few properties under my belt , they are definitely a cut above the rest , the whole team there work so closely with you ,and are so friendly and professional you would think it’s a family business . If your thinking to buy through them go for it as your aware buying a house is so stressful but presidential estate will take over all the stress till the day they hand over the keys to you , 10/10 all round definitely will be using them again and recommend anyone buying try them first you will not be disappointed… many thanks matt and Aaron you guys are true legends.. best in the game .!
