I unfortunately had some major plumbing issues at my property. She quickly and competently handling everything on my behalf, keeping me updated as often as necessary. She really helped to alleviate the stress of a difficult and potentially very costly situation, and I could not be happier with the result. Everyone I’ve interacted with while using their services have been friendly, helpful and attentive. Exactly what you want from a property management service.

Great communication through out, always calm and reassuring and helped guide us through what is naturally a stressful period in one's life. 14th Oct 2025 (23 weeks ago)WARNING to all rental tenants. Beware! This company do not vet their landlords or care for tenants welfare, I’d strongly advise you steer clear. They lumbered me with a psychotic landlord, and Instead of dealing with their own dispute with her, left me to deal with an ugly situation they caused in the first place. The episode caused me untold distress and cost me a fortune. I had to move out just to get away from an unhinged landlord, and Portico didn't step in to help me with any of it. I spoke to the so-called 'manager' about it and all he cared about was grabbing a tidy profit from the situation. Even the staff said the landlord was 'trouble' but i'm the one that took the hit. Bad people, bad company, don't grace them with your custom, save yourself and go elsewhere.

I received both email and WhatsApp confirmations of the appointments. Katy was able to answer all the questions I had about each property and I was confident that she understood what I was looking for. Thanks Katy.

16th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)I have used Kurt Gonzales previously to sell a family home, I was very impressed with his efficiency and friendlly attitude that I used him again. Kurt is very hands on and will not only help you sell your property but will ensure you receive the care you expect. I cannot speak more highly of him and he has become a family friend. If you need to sell or buy a property and need it to be as stress free as possible, give Kurt a call, he will take as much off of your shoulders as he can. I cannot sell his services enough!

Aside from the online referencing system (which didn’t seem to recognise my ability to pay rent as a self employed person in London - “computer says no”) - the process was very smooth and Dean was great to deal with.
