Amazing experience!
My experience with Bairstow Eves was wonderful, the lovely estate agent Lucy helped me. She was very kind and attentive, she took the stress away and made things very straight forward. I couldn't recommend the Loughton branch more!

The whole process was seamless, thanks to Bairstow especially to Rosemary who has been very hands on from the beginning. I was too worried before I started searching for a property because it was my first time and I know that there are lot of things I have to do, but these guys made it effortless. Arranged viewing via phone call and email to view a property with the agent. I turned out at the viewing and no one was there, no notification of cancellation either. Complete waste of our time on a Saturday afternoon. Poor customer service and communication. Not recommend

Called the branch earlier today to report a maintenance issue. They were very welcoming and transferred me to my property manager Tamera. She was so kind and understanding and managed to get a contractor out the same day. I’m so grateful to have such a great team looking after me and my property

I’d like to say a huge thank you to Rosemary who was our Lettings negotiator during our moving process. Her kind professionalism and genuine spirit really translated across well & it was something that struck me every time I had the pleasure of speaking with her on the phone & via email. There’s a reason Rosie’s name has been mentioned so often amongst these reviews. She managed to make an ordinarily stressful time feel so much more manageable (dare I say, even enjoyable…) which is no mean feat and for that we’ll be forever grateful. Alongside her friendly colleague Rob, Rosemary is a real asset to her company & should be given full credit for everything that she does. She's a real gem.

Rosemary and Rob at Bairstow Eves, Loughton are real assets to the company! The service from the first phone call to the handing over of the keys was flawless. Having had a great experience in the past with Bairstow Eves in Stratford, it was a no brainer to come back. Everything from the tenant visits to the referencing and organising of dates and visits, was so professionally done. The tenants, who were found within days, are so perfect for the property, as a landlord, I could not be happier. If you are looking for professionalism, great tenants/landlords, efficiency with excellent communication, these are the guys to go with, I’d use them again in a heartbeat. Honestly could not recommend them enough! Thank you Rob and Rosemary.

I have managed a letting deal through Bairstow Eves as a tenant and it was a great experience to deal with them as the property letting services.
I would strongly approve of their well experienced staff who have really been helpful in finalising all the formalities to conclude the tenancy agreement with landlords.
