Cleaning quality is poor building maintenance is poor and can also say that about the staff and the owner after 3 complaints to housing Standards still not getting anywhere. If people would like to see how bad it really is get in touch the papers will love it. The last phone call I had with them I told them about the dead flies In the lights the uncleaned communial windows.. the windows are growing algae inside and out on communial areas they are quick to blame the tennant with no real investigation humid readers installed 75 percent humidity on a normal day previously prior to my tenancy 2 reports sent to housing standards tenants left before they could visit after visit landlord did everything in his power to correct the Issues addressed duke management on phone dinied it has ever had contact about the issues. Very pour show shame on yourselfs you charge a fortune and do nothing nothing you need to be closed down... your putting people’s lives and welfare at risk. Good luck anyone who feels the urge to go with these guys the rest of these reviews are fake and that’s a fact posted by staff or dear friends of the owner... Read more
