Cleaning quality is poor building maintenance is poor and can also say that about the staff and the owner after 3 complaints to housing
Standards still not getting anywhere. If people would like to see how bad it really is get in touch the papers will love it. The last phone call I had with them I told them about the dead flies In the lights the uncleaned communial windows.. the windows are growing algae inside and out on communial areas they are quick to blame the tennant with no real investigation humid readers installed 75 percent humidity on a normal day previously prior to my tenancy 2 reports sent to housing standards tenants left before they could visit after visit landlord did everything in his power to correct the Issues addressed duke management on phone dinied it has ever had contact about the issues. Very pour show shame on yourselfs you charge a fortune and do nothing nothing you need to be closed down... your putting people’s lives and welfare at risk. Good luck anyone who feels the urge to go with these guys the rest of these reviews are fake and that’s a fact posted by staff or dear friends of the owner

Great service from Elliott and Bunn (Duke Lettings) for four years as a tenant. Pleasant to deal with, fast, efficient and fair.
Great to find a letting agent that works on principles of building good relationships between landlord, tenant and agent.
Highly recommended.

Duke Letting have been managing properties on my behalf for almost 20 years. This is the longest time I have ever worked with a single service provider without any complaints. Rod and his team make the process of letting and managing property painless and worry free. They are always efficient and pleasant to deal with and have, on several occasions, gone to great lengths to sort out problems for me before I even knew about them. Without Duke Letting, I would have got out of the rental property business a long time ago - but with them it has been a pleasure.

Mr. Roderick Carmichael and his team at Duke letting have looked after our house near Lewes for many years since 2003. They have been unfailingly reliable and efficient, always prompt to respond to all problems, both of the house itself and any concerns raised by the tenants. This, added to their regular inspections and efficient repairs. We happily recommend them.
